This review is for Irmo Home Depot. We were pleased with outstanding service from all staff. Found it frustrating that special deal product was not available here or at any area stores after driving more than 35 miles and no rain check system.

Love this store ! Nice helpful people working there.

I always find all the associates are helpful, not only in the store, checkout, and customer service but also in the rental department and even on the parking lot. I usually review everything I am looking for online before arriving and noting their location so I can efficiently get through the store. If I wasn't retired and have so many projects to work on, I would probably ask for an application:-]

Some big box home improvement stores do not have enough employees to answer questions and aid in the buying process and even give tips on the right product for your application but all the Home Depot stores I’ve been in seem to have more people to fix these problems.Just remember,it’s usually the little things that make the difference on a customer returning to a store.It certainly does for me.Also the store was neat and clean and well stocked.

Great shopping experience. From customer service desk to great sales woman who new her business when it came to appliances. Very pleased and will certainly shop there again.

I bought a range and a dishwasher here. After receiving my range I really wasn't that pleased with my choice. I ordered this range in the store with the employee assisting/ordering it for me. Not once did he say I could not return it if i wasn't satisfied. Apparently, if you order online you cannot return the appliance. My issue is that I never laid eyes on my range because they did not have one at the store. How do I know if I will be satisfied until I get my range??? There were only two white ranges at the store so that is why I had to look online. SO BEWARE!!! YOU CANNOT RETURN THE APPLIANCES IF ORDERED ONLINE!!!! I would have upgraded to a nicer range but they don't even allow upgrades! I won't buy any more appliances from Home Depot. I think the customer should be made aware at the time that the employee is ordering the merchandise that this is the store's policy. It was not posted anywhere by the register either. So I have learned a hard lesson I suppose!

Always my go-to hardware store in Columbia. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. And prices are consistently lower than that other hardware store across the street!

You absolutely cannot get help in the flooring department. I have gone twice to get a piece of runner cut from a roll and have left both times without it. The first time the flooring rep was working on the computer and could not help me until he was finished. After a while, I gave up and left. Today, there was someone in flooring but it seems for some reason they could not cut a piece of runner. After waiting a while with them repeatedly calling someone, I decided to leave and I will not go back for this item but will find it somewhere else.

We have been shopping regularly at the Harbison Home Depot since we moved back to Columbia in 2008. The employees have always been extremely helpful, friendly and competent. We always enjoy visiting this store because we see a number of familiar employees who are always ready to greet and help us. The store is always clean, neat and well stocked.

Folks are very friendly and knowledgable on their products. Nice to have someone that 'cares' We drive by the other home improvement store to go to Home Depot.

Maria was great help at self check out. My HD CC strip is worn and she had to help me finish transaction manually. She suggested I request new one online or phone, which I did via online services. Upon arrival at store, greeted by your long time loyal employee. Wish I could remember his name, but big smile and super friendly always!! I see him a lot on my visits.

We continue to visit this home Depot because of its staffing, these individuals treat customers like family and go out of the way to please. They go above and beyond in making sure our needs are being met, and do so expediently. I know it's a do-it-yourself environment, but getting hands on care makes one feel special and wanting to comeback. Thank you, Adrena, Ms. Shirley, Maria, Darius, Anthony. Kudos to the Store Manager who has a staff that believes in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

This is a wonderful store with knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. I always receive great service and quality products. It is always easy to find the items that I need or the staff are easily available to help me if I need any extra help.

The employees are what makes a store 2019 is this HD year. Wood is awful, but all else it great. Thank Ms. Summer for bring store where it is today,she is closest to the door and she inspires all. .

I haven't shopped at this store because the Home Depot in by area has everything I need and it is more convenient for me. I have no doubt that this store is just as fantastic as mine. I love Home Depot. Keep up the great job

My daughter used to work at your competitor directly across the street...but your service has always been so much better that I have continued to shop at your store after the first two excursions there were abysmal disasters.
