In a somewhat tricky ordering process, I received superlative service.

Terrible customer service. The employees avoid you; when they see a customer coming their way, they run. If you're at the Service Desk, expect a rude employee to be on the phone and not acknowledge your presence. Also don't expect another employee to come to assist you, even though there are literally dozens of employees milling about.

Home Depot have the best associates. I was looking for a couple of things for my home. I needed to paint a door and pick up some christmas decorations. I was walking down an aisle, very lost and had no clue what I needed, That's when an associate, who I later found out was named Braylyn(sp?) he asked if I needed some assistance. He was so helpful and so polite. He made me feel so inspired and confident about my DIY projects at home. My cashier Ashley was Fast, friendly and helpful. Thanks for making my shopping experience so wonderful.

Great customer service and beautiful restroom

Great Home Depot - the employees are always helpful and pleasant. I'm here at least one to two times a week and will go to this store over others because I know where things are and know the folks working here.

Clean, well stocked and knowledgeable work force. Efficient shopping experience. Very competitive prices and online ordering makes it easy to pick up materials that are not often in stock.

I visit store #1112 about 2-3 times a week. I love the employees and the are always so helpful and friendly!

Store was clean and well stocked. The cashier and Department Associates were very tentative to my needs providing recommendations and locations of products.

The garden center employee helped me so much. She stopped what she was doing to assist me and answered all of my questions. She climbed to get the last of an item in the store. She was so helpful that I returned the next day to purchase a matching item.

This store is very close and convenient for all of my needs. Employees are very pleasant ,professional and are very familiar with products and location of them and will assist you in anyway possible.

I've been preparing a house for sale this week. I've been into HD more than 15 times. Each time the staff is quick and knowledgeable. I've found what I needed and got out quick.

Staff was attentive, store was well stocked.

I can honestly say this is a clean store with wide aisles. You never feel closed-in. I think the workers are friendly. I have been in there and they stop and give assistance without me asking. I like that because I am elderly and need help sometimes. I thank them for their help.

Great customer service and selection.

The store seems to be alive with excitement and all the employees seem to be glad you are in their store. It comes off as a family affair, all seem to have your back and truly interested in your needs. I highly recommend this store to everyone who asks me about a home improvement store.

I just wanted to take an opportunity to thank not only Home Depot, but Dodie for making my experience super! She showed me exactly what I needed to buy for my lawn mower, and even help loaded into my car. This was my first visit to this store and I will definitely be back. Please update the surveys, to include questions regarding qualified installers that are recommended by your site. I received a quote and I am using one of the companies that you recommend, but the survey doesn't know that, and so that makes the survey a mute point. There is no way to rate the outside contractor, only your store, in which the receipt was generated by the outside contractor through your system. Doesn't make sense. Thank you.

The sales associate, Jim, who helped me was just awesome! He really went out of his way to help me find what I needed and was super friendly I left the Home Depot smiling and will always go back to see Jim - he is a GREAT GUY!!!

Store employees have been getting better over the last several months

I received exceptional service in the paint department with a young man Bray? I think that is his name. I wrote an awesome review for him on the survey. I also have to mention Sherronda at check out was great! She helped me figure what discount i could use with my New Home Depot Card. Both employees were amazing! They made it nice to see customer service still does exist. We will only shop this Home Depot in the future.

There are a few people that work here that help me every time. But, most won't even look your way. Very frustrating. Most employees don't know anything about the products they cover. Jim is awesome. But when he isn't there, forget it.
