Always have what I need!!!!

I went to the Home Depot in Wallingford, Ct two days ago with a can of old paint. Ken in the Paint Dept. was so helpful and matched the color perfectly. His friendly and thorough assistance was amazing. I went back again today, and Ken once again helped me with my paint. He is kind, courteous and knows his job completely. He should be acknowledged and compensated for his hard work and dedication. Good caring people like Ken should not be forgotten, but rewarded. Please, Home Depot, you need to employ more people like Ken.

Clean and well organized store. Employees went above and beyond to assist me (one employee retrieved additional product from the back for me when I exhausted the supply on the shelves and one employee opened an additional line so I didn't have to wait in line to pay). This review website is terribly difficult to type on though.

Overall appearance is bright and easy to find products with new signs.

The staff is extremely helpful and make shopping easy and smooth. I have never meet anyone who was not helpful or warm at home depot and always come out of the store with something I am happy with. The store is clean and organized so it is easy to find what you need and more. Home depot offers endless possibility on what you can do, make, and fix at a reasonable price.

Our very second hand lawn mower finally gave out and we needed to get a new one for the first time. Everyone in the store went above and beyond with helping us with our purchase. I'm looking forward to working with these employees again as we tackle some more projects soon!

Aisles are cluttered with carriages with merchandise in them . Not enough employees in each department to meet customers needs. Employees appear to cover too many depts. and cannot give their attention to their own customers. I was at the pro desk working with Ed who is wonderful. A person interrupted our conversation came over shook my hand and introduced himself as Curt making sure he told me his position is an ASM . Then proceeded to ask me if Ed was selling me everything I needed for my project. if I got the idea that Kurt felt Edwin wasn 't doing his job. How embarrassing for your employee.

Staff and products are typical of most Home Depots.

I find Home Depot in Wallingford to be much more helpful & pleasant then their competitor, Lowe's, across the street!

The employees are extremely friendly and helpful at this store and the store is generally very clean. I was offered assistance with a heavy purchase and an employee came right out despite a rain storm that had begun. Very convenient and close to home as well.

Went to Home Depot to look at appliances and the employees were so friendly and knowledgeable that I ended up buying a double oven stainless stove and about a week or so later returned to replace my fridge, gotta love it.

Kudos for GAIL. I've always been satisfied when I vast the store.

Waiting time for help and check out are my only complaints.

I stopped to buy a washer. They had a good selection and when I mentioned my urgency, the sales associate Tim also showed me the clearance items I could buy and take with me...if I had a truck. Once I picked out the one I wanted, he informed me of all the options, but didn't pressure me to change into buying more. When I shop I do so at places that show me good customer service. That is what I found here.
