This location gives excellent customer service. I made my first mistake going to their competitor across the road and no one acknowledged me there. So, I left and went to the Home Depot. A sales associate immediately asked if I needed help and showed me where to go. Ellen in Paint was also very helpful. $150 later, I left the store with what I needed and was a happy customer.

The only home Depot store have all the Milwaukee tools

Home Depot in Waterloo Iowa rocks! The store is clean, and customer service is outstanding.

Very poor customer service. I know a hovering salesperson is annoying but no assistance when many are present chatting amongst themselves is worse.

Terry helped me when I was purchasing my dryer. He was very fast when placing the order which was really nice since I didn't want to be there for too long cause of the weather. I purchased some other things up at the front and the cashier that checked me out was extremely pleasant as well but I can't remember her name and the door greater, which I can't remember his name either but he was extremely welcoming. It was a very pleasant visit. I only shop at home depot and will always come back.
