I feel very comfortable and at home at this store. Everyone is so helpful and very professional.

Sarah was there to help us find a particular light bulb. She knew exactly what we needed and was very friendly and helpful.

The store associate, Dave in Plumbing was very helpful and knowledgeable in what we needed.

This store is always clean. I choose it first before I go to Lowes because its closer to my route.

I visit this store at least 4 times a week and nearly always have a good experience. occasionally It is difficult to find an employee in a department but when one comes they are generally always helpful

I was with a friend who is remodeling a condo and while shopping for new lighting with her I came across a great gift for another friend - yay!

Arrived at the store this morning to obtain full pallet of Maximizer cement, new I would require store associates to retrieve and load product. With a stop at your pro desk purchase was easy and fast, but the forklift needed to get the product was being serviced and would not be available for an hour. Pro desk team and lumber put together a quick plan, dropped what they were doing and completed the task efficiently. This kept my company from losing money from having employees standing still. We appreciate your support and efforts in keeping us in business by services provided by your pro desk team! Great job by great employees!!!!!

The products were easy to find and organized. The staff were easily available and easy to locate should the need arise, without being pushy or forward. The cashier, Mary, was very pleasant and courteous. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience! Thank you.

All the staff of this store are always extremely helpful, and usually always readily available. I enjoy going to this location for all my hardware needs around the house, and for a large box retailer, it sure does have a "home town" store feel to it. Always well stocked too!

I find Home Depot a better store than Lowe's. The shelves are always stocked, there is a huge variety for you to choose from, it is organized well and the quality of the merchandise is excellent. I would shop more at Home Depot if there were a store in our area. But, it is worth the drive when working on bigger projects.

Great store has everything I need when I need it, I don't need to go all over town looking for what I need, I just go on line to check and the home depot has it.

I was having difficulty finding small items that I needed to go with the toilet ring. The store assoc. were very friendly and helpful. They showed me where to find everything I needed. Some stores tell you where to find items but do not make sure you did find the item. These gentlemen stayed with me and made sure I had everything I needed.

The lumber is better here (Acton Cr. location) than anywhere in town. I mentioned it to the manager (Puerto Rican whose name I can't remember) and he said that is because he inspects it and if it is wavy or cracked, he relentlessly sends it back to his distributor "until they learned to get it right." Then I realized that the lumber is for the most part, cheaper or the same price as what I was getting in my bulk lumber packages 84 Lumber and Builders First Source. Price it all out for yourself. Also, everybody here is always in a good mood and happy to help out.

The sale prices were super and the store associates were very friendly and very helpful without being overbearing. A great place to shop.

Prior to purchasing the Cub Cadet lawn tractor we wanted to check out the cabinet department. We were pleased that the displays were well kept and functional, catalogs were accessible and pricing clearly identified. We weren't ready to talk details so we were just visually checking out the quality and designs. All the associates are knowledge, available and a pleasure to work with. Best experience yet in a Building Supply Store.

Pam in flooring made this a great experience and is an asset to Home Depot. She is a very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful employee. The entire process of gaining knowledge, comparing products, getting our home measured, receiving and discussing pricing and making arrangements for delivery and installation was unexpectedly easy. Everyone in the process was prompt, efficient and courteous.

Everyone was super friendly and assisted us with moving heavy items around the store and on to our car.

On this visit to Home Depot, I was provide help with my needs in a timely way. The Associate, Sarah, who helped me with my electrical needs was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was professional in her dealings with me and provided needed guidance. I do not give out ratings of excellent; but Sarah was excellent.

Selection, helpful cashier, vehicle loading, clean organized store.

I needed a water pressure gauge, and had very little information on how the results would affect my next actions. The first associate wasn't sure either, so she found another associate, walked me to him, and together they helped me figure out every step of my project from that point. Gave me possible scenarios of how the reading of my pressure gauge could determine what my next steps would be. They were awesome, and I wish I could remember their names to publicly praise them.
