Nice to have a store so close. Everything you could need for any project or fix.

I've found some great gardening bargains here, e.g. recently a planted aquasave hanging basket for 8.98. But the online pickup experience is sketchy. It's not that the associates are not helpful, their computer interface got confused about 3 different items on the same purchase that arrived on different days. I don't know what they were seeing on their screens, but one of the two items disappeared and later I got a call about it from someone following up the order (which I appreciated). After I didn't get the email about the remaining item, I had to call again to be told it was still on the way. I much prefer finding items in the store, but the items I purchased were "online only".

I went in to buy a dehumidifier. I received assistance rapidly, good explanations, and help getting the unit to my car. I have always received good service at this store.

This store is my favorite of all home repair and building materials for the Asheville area!

I typically look first to Home Depot for my home needs. They have an excellent product variety, the prices are typically the best, and the stores are clean and manned by trained and polite staffs. I have used website purchases for major expenditure items and have been well pleased at the quickness they are shipped. In the very rare occasion something must be returned, I have always been treated fairly and courteously. Good job!

I received great assistance from Pam S in flooring, Nena at pro desk and John M with loading, These folks rock every time I need anything and consistently give quallity customer service. Also great service in paint from several associates but I failed to get their names!

I searched Home Depot online for screen doors for French doors. There were 2 in stock. I was directed to the wrong product by an associate which I purchased. When I opened the package I realized that this was not the product. I have to return the product. The Home Depot is more than 50 miles from my house.

I had to find some stakes or something like that to anchor down a trampoline for the Insurance company to satisfy an Umbrella Policy was going to be cancelled. The two employes that helped me came up with a workable solution. Thanks to Home Depot and the employees our policy wasn't cancelled.

Great experience in w. Asheville Home Depot this last visit. Sales Reps really took their time to help us with all the questions and concerns we had with our purchases.

The screening methods used by Home Depot to select their employees is far better than other home improvement stores. Wish I had a store closer to home.

It is always easy to find a parking place close to the door. The associates are very helpful and friendly. They always seem to have what I want in stock and it is easy to find.

We have remodeled our entire house and have bought numerous items form W.Asheville's Homedepot store. Everyone has been very friendly & helpful, especially when there were issues with our kitchen cabinets. So far, it's been a very pleasant experience and we really appreciate their professional opinions.
