The Staff was very willing to assist you in any way that they could. Every person that I saw asked me if I needed any help and this was great to me because at other Home Depots you have to go looking for help and sometimes never receiving it. This can be so frustrating and especially for me as a woman with a knee problem. But at this Home Depot the staff will go out of their way to assist you. That is why I will go the extra 10 minutes out of my way to go back to this store because of the great service that I received.

The staff are knowledgeable and quite friendly. They always know right where the products are and the store has a god selection of goods.

LOVE IT! Clean, well lite, easy to find products, sales representatives present and visible for assistance. Extensive selection in the garden area, patio furniture, BBQ Pits assembled and ready to go. I was extremely please with the service, knowledge, professional, friendliness of the sales reps even the reps checking out for lunch, happy and smiling

In one section of the store having difficulty locating two specific items, and in 20 minutes there not one associate was seen.

Small store but the service you receive here is really great. Employees are very helpful, managers are available to answer questions regarding in stock , and delivery options. And for large projects, the bid room process is a very nice deal.

The store was clean and neatly organized. Associates were very helpful, knowledgeable and helpful Though a little farther from my home than 2 other Home Depots, this is now my Home Depot of choice.

This is my favorite Home Depot - and there are several nearby from which to choose. I'm not a big purchaser, but I do like to order online and then pickup. Yanira at the customer service desk remembers me, and she is so friendly and professional. As is everyone in the store. Very well-managed. I think the "must be a nice person" is an employment requirement at this store. There are just some exceptionally nice people here.

Great store , I Love coming to this store, it's great employees also.

I am very unhappy with loading support of items. It took two hours for store support to load the pallets of bricks to my vehicle.

This is a great store that I have used for all my needs since it first opened. I have always been able to rely on the expertise of the staff which is indicative of the level of training both product wise as well as customer services.

I have been visiting my neighborhood Home Depot since it opened its doors. My Inglewood HD store is above any other location simply because of the outstanding men and women it employs. They are always ready to greet you at the door on your way in and out, and offer help the first moment you arrive. I kid you not, my two young boys and I go to our Home Depot at the very, least once a week! We especially like to visit in the fall and winter seasons to check out all the neat Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas decorations. In the summer and spring were there looking for things to plant in the garden. Most people don't think Home Depot for household items, but their prices are often times much less than most other retailers. Lastly, I love, love, love that they accept coupons! I buy all of my household cleaning products right here.

I never have a problem finding an employee to help me. They are always around and available.

the only problem i had with this store was that; the items that should have been easily and readily available were not and i had to ask for help to get to them. Otherwise the entire visit could have been quick and easy. The staff was extremely helpful and somewhat knowledgeable about what i was looking for.

It is always a good experience when i come to this home depot, it is down the street from "Truxtons" where i work at. They always have what i need to keep the restaurant up and running.

We were satisfied with the persistence and patience of Mark and Yanira in finding our tiles that were put away by another associate. We were treated with kindness and the tiles were finally found. These employees should be commended for a job well done.
