I'm happy that a large building supply store opened in Katy. It's so inconvenient to drive 30 minutes for the others.

Bought a power washer and was told the extended warranty was a Home Depot warranty but it’s not. No one greeted coming in. Check out girl never acknowledged me just started ringing me up. Just a poor customer service.

I went to the garden center to buy some mulch, and the young cashier was extremely helpful in loading my car with a mulch. I offered him a tip, but he declined it because he said it was part of his job to help. You don’t see this kind of attention especially from young teenagers.

I bought bricks for garden twice in the same day both was good services and fast preparation thank you

All employees were courteous and made eye contact. Some asked if I needed help, although sod (the main thing I wanted) was evidently not available (maybe in the wrapped piles outside?)

Each time I visit this store, I'm not disappointed with items not being in stock. The employees are helpful without being overbearing and there are always plenty of cashiers to keep customers efficiently moving thru check out without long lines forming.

I was asked if I needed help loading the dolly in the store, and loading my truck in the parking lot; completely unsolicited...my wife was going to have to help me.

I live in Cane Island, so I’m only five minutes away from this HD. I’m glad to have a location that I can go to where the employees are very enthusiastic and care about their work. It truly shows in how they assist customers.

I visited the store last week and had a great first-time-in-this-store experience. I was greeted by every staff person I encountered. The store is new, was greatly stocked and very clean ... that is not always the case with a new store. I was assisted with finding what I needed. I do not remember his name, sorry, but the staff person who assisted me was very helpful and extremely patient. He was also very knowledgeable. I will definitely be shopping there again.

I purchased a echo chainsaw that wouldn’t start, took it back and they got me another and was gone in just a few minutes, everyone was very polite and wanted to be helpful, excellent customer service

This store should be the model for all other The Home Depot locations. This location is new but seems to have mastered the art of good ole customer service. The associates seem knowledgeable about the products and are eager to help you, whether you are looking at paint or lawn chemicals.

I had a great experience shopping at the new west Katy location. The cashier Ariel was very nice and helped me get my military discount off my purchase. I will definitely be returning since this location is closer to home.

Waited in line for 1.5 hours to purchase a product and after paying for the item the management realized they did not have the item in stock and refused to provide immediate refund.

Needed help on a big project and was lucky enough to find Kevin. He knew exactly what I needed. With this store had more people like Kevin.

Poor after sales customer service at west katy location (flooring and carpet department)

We went in to purchase a washing machine to replace ours that recently went out and Skyler took her time to help us even while helping 3 other guest. She was so personable and helped us to settle on a washing machine. I'm excited to get the deliver this week!

The store is very organized and has ample supplies of everything. It is so clean and a beautiful asset to Katy.

I bought two Gorilla 2-step ladders and four 27-gallon HDX tote bins. Gave my daughter a safe ladder and two of the tote bins. I went back and bought two more bins, as my garage is a mess.
