This store is my favor Home Depot. I have been visitong this particular store since it was built. The quality and personality of the has always been great. The cashier always welcome you with a smile and a "I can Help you atitute". The floor associates are knowleable in the entire store and experts in their respectives departments. The Store is well stocked, clean and organized. My congratulation to the entire staff, job well done, keep it up.

Helpful staff. Asked for assistance and found what I was looking for right away. Short lines.

Found what I was looking for with ease and the self checkout was a breeze. Weekends are different so if you can go during the week between 10AM and 3PM you should be in and out.

i especially love walking up and down the garden dept

This store is a newer location than most in Miami. Easy access, good parking and clean store. I prefer to visit this location other than the other Kendall location on 127th avenue or Bird Road store.

It was a good experience. They gave me a right price with a "price match" system. The associate was helpful and the store was clean besides the aisles was very crowded with merchandise.

The associates of this store have a very good customer service, and acknowledge to take care of your needs.

I am just starting to plan my kitchen renovation. I will need a new range & needed options between slide in or drop in ranges. Fernando offered help as soon as I got there. He showed me options on your website, then showed me the ones on the floor, pricing, colors, coils or soft top. He then explained and proceeded to show me convection & baking elements in the oven. He also gave me ideas how to change layout of my kitchen floor plan. Fernando was AWESOME, knowledgeable, courteous and not pushy. I will come back to Home Depot to purchase my appliances as long as Fernando is there to help me again.

THE ASSOCIATE SPOKE VERY WELL IN BOTH ENGLISHA DN SPANISHA ND HELPED CLARIFY SOME INFORMATION TO MY PARENTS WHO DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL.

Happy with the Online pick up order i made Patricia was very nice, Store was clean buy to many things in the middle of the isle it was difficult to move around the store with lumber and other items.

still find it to be the best place to get your home improvement supplies, prices are a little higher than other stores but the quality is totally worth it.

First review I have given to any HD. Been a patron since this west kendall location opened, and have done so, on a weekly basis. My yard and home is my therapy and I very much enjoy keeping it immaculate and alive. I've done this exclusively by using Home Depot products and it's staff's knowledge. Store is always well kept. It is a lot of fun, It's the ultimate Guy Toy Store.

I love the person who helped me. Her name as Mari and she was very cooperative.

My last experience at the paint department was excellent! After I got my paint tinted and mixed, I asked some questions on how to restain an old antique desk a different color. My main concern was the smell of the products, and I was shown several alternatives that will not have a strong odor, as I am sensitive to smells. I purchased the suggested products, and my project came out perfect! (without a headache!) Thank you!~ R.S.

This is one of the good ones. It's easy to get in, get what you need, and get back out. This store also has better luck than other Home Depots where their customers open packages, steal a part, and leave the rest on the shelf (sooooo frustrating). The reps here are top notch, too. They actually want to help you find what you need and can answer questions you have about the products.

Easy to find your needed supplies, fast check put registers. However, I decided to apply for the Home Depot credit card for a promo 10 % off my purchase during this visit and it took over 35 minutes due to system delays, broken printer... Nonetheless, I understand that things happen... It was still a good visit.

Robert was such a great help & patient givning me information on different flooring. Very stress-free :)

I use this Home Depot often. All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and everything you need is easy to find. If your in need of anything for your home or business, and in the West Kendall area; I would recommend using this Homedepot.
