Appliance salesman great but delivery date and time scheduled never happened. Home Depot put me on hold twice for over 20 minutes each time and never could contact delivery truck to tell me why they didn't show up!! Won't be ordering anything again from them!

When you shop at the West Lebanon Home Depot, I hope you run into Logan. He's friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He makes shopping at Home Depot a great experience.

I have shopped in Home Depots in Maryland, Upstate New York, and other parts of NH and I can state that this is one of the premier locations I have encountered. The physical site is clean and organized, the staff is friendly and want to assist me with finding the product I'm searching for, and if I ever hit an obstacle with an order or a warranty issue, the management is accessible and helpful. I strongly recommend the West Lebanon location.

This location is a great store. Whether I am searching for items to keep my home warm in the winter or buying products to get ready for the spring, Home Depot of Lebanon has it. It is a convenient location, the store is always clean and organized, and the staff and management are always helpful and available. I have shopped in other stores and this is one of the more organized locations.

The staff at this store are helpful, everyone seemed to be patient and willing to answer my questions. I was not sure what I needed when I got there but the staff helped me find it and explained the best product to get. Thank you Home Depot.

The HD in West Lebanon NH is my favorite “toy store” in New Hampshire. I make trips there on average two times a week. I also greatly appreciate the military discounts granted on purchases. A great American store! I salute your helpful employees.

Home Depot has such knowledgeable employee's that are extremely helpful! Never leave that store not knowing that I made the correct purchase with the help of their staff. So very glad Home Depot is within my shopping area - I would be lost without this store.

The Associates in this store are always helpful and friendly and the products are competitive and easily available! The selection at the West Lebanon location is always excellent! I drive 40 miles to get to the store and it's worth it and the people that work there always go above and beyond to help the customer be satisfied with their purchases! 5 + + +

We needed a new stove, and with only a week and a half before Christmas, this store was the only one that could guarantee delivery in time for the Holiday. Service shown to us by the employee was excellent. Thank you, Home Depot!

I just wanted to let you know that Lisa is a pleasure to deal with at checkout. Her friendly smile and attitude are great.

This is a 5 star store because the employees really do their best to help out their customers. They seem to know at the right time when I need assistance and many of the employees are able to give me great advice on the application of products I am interested in purchasing. In the past I have had help from the employees loading my truck with heavy materials like lumber, shingles, and concrete.

This store is my FAVORITE place to go for Home Improvement projects. Returning items, the rare occasions when necessary, is always very fast & convenient. The staff is very helpful. Lisa, the cashier, is quite a character; this is meant in the best way.

Always clean and seems to have what your looking for, don't go by inventory on the website its not always correct. I did see an item I needed and called to see if they had one on hand as the site said it did, a customer service rep held me on the phone to tell me they did not have one on hand, I had to pick up something else later that day and found the tool requested sitting right where the site tells you it is. If this tool was something I had to have the moment I called the rep would of cost them a sale as I would of gone someplace else to purchase a like tool.

The staff is always friendly and helpful answering questions or showing me where to find an item.

I went to Home Depot late at night and the employees were super helpful. I got everything I needed and was happy with the experience.

My partner and I love this store, and I love the fact that i can buy tools there as a women and not be laughed at. Home depot is the place to go too to get all the hardware items you may need. And for the most part all the employees are freindly and helpful.

Recommendation: teach gender relations. Women can wait on men and men can wait on women. I bet women have no problem helping all people. However, guy in your large appliance department needs to change his attitude. Women make big purchases too. My fridge was the right style size and color when it arrived. Two women had no problem ordering and getting what they needed. I was really put off by this guy. You need to fix that kind of treatment in the W. Leb store. Thank you. The store seems to be always clean, keep big ladders out of middle of isles, that is customer space. Leaving them out in the way interferes in our shopping experience.

I recently purchased a carpet for my master bedroom with Kelsey in the flooring dept. It was a wonderful experience. Kelsey stuck to business and helped me purchase a rug that fit my budget while suggesting that if I went with a carpet in a certain price range I could get a free installation and tear up. I have shopped in this store for years and always gotten the attention I needed and found quality employees. The store is always clean and well stocked.
