I have visited this store over 10 times in the last 6 months. Every visit has been a pleasure - necause of the friendliness and helpfulness of the store employees. The guys who work on the floor are sensational.

I shop at the store constantly and always come out with what I need at a price that I find reasonable. There are always options to spend more or less as well depending on what you need.

The employees were helpful, in and out in no time !!

Daniel White, Kitchen Bath Design Consultant at the West Lebanon Store is great. He took our 20 year old kitchen and designed something amazing. Our contractor complimented the design and the accuracy. Dan kept us moving, made recommendations and made my dreams come true. There is not an inch of wasted space. We are so happy we are moving on to redo the bathrooms.

Associates went above and beyond to help me with a large purchase despite many complications and difficulties. Thanks for saving the project!

I always find the employees of this Home Depot to be extremely helpful and friendly. They go the extra mile to help you find exactly what you need. The store is well organized, clean and a pleasure to shop. I always recommend this store to friends and family. The staff truly care about the customers and each other.

I found the Telephone/Audio Visual isle pretty easy. All of the rows are marked with the basic list of what is in it. The prices on pretty much all of the items beat other stores prices I have found in the area. I go here whenever I need home materials or job related materials. I recommend this store to everyone that works on the side with their own home or business needs.

I use a wheelchair, and mostly I get around fine, and I much prefer to be independent. Sometimes I can't, like now where I've got a bum knee. As a single person, I've learned that sometimes I need to ask for help, even when doing so doesn't come easy. When I asked for help today, Rod in Lumber really went out of his way to help me out, efficiently & with kindness. Same goes for the handsome young fellow who found Rod for me, and the nice lady that found the handsome young fellow --are you sensing a theme here? Thank you all for helping me, and for helping to maintain my faith in the essential niceness of people.

A very standard Home Depot set-up with extra helpful and friendly staff. I'm always able to find what I'm looking for with the help of the staff.

We are in the process of remodeling a mobile home we recently purchased. Jason in building materials was VERY HELPFUL in all the visits to the Lebanon NH store. He is very knowledgeable of the store and the products. Of the very few things he did not know he was able to obtain the answer in a matter of moments and direct us to the proper person to help. Most of the people who work in this store are amazing, everyone we met in any part of the store said hello and asked if we were being helped. All were knowledgeable of where to find items in the store. The only issue we had was with a person in the kitchen cabinet section who could have told us the week before when we talked to him that we should make an appointment to order cabinets the following weekend. I would like to especially THANK Dave in flooring, Jason in building materials, Rich in kitchen cabinets & J.D. in Pro I am sure we will be back many more times as we are just starting our project THANKS Dan & Rosanne Barre Vermont

Looked online and they plywood I wanted was $35, but when I got to the store it was $23. Great deal!! The associate even loaded the cart and took it outside for me. West Leb employees are a great bunch of people. Everyone is always so helpful.

maybe it was the fact I did not have much time, or that I looked like I knew what I needed, But the comments directed at me were, "Hi, how are you? , not "May I help you find something today? So the contact was great, the overall experience could have been better.

I was able to find the item without a problem. A little disappointed there wasn't someone near Garden to help me put it in my cart. Seemed like there were a lot of associates around the store willing to help.

Home Depots are pretty standard across the country but this store is exceptional for cleanliness and customer service. We were there for over an hour and a half selecting tile for a rental rehab and all of the associates were friendly and helpful but a special shout-out to Jason and Tawana who went way above and beyond in helpfulness. From offering help to literally loading our truck they were great. Our checkout experience was also friendly, swift and professional. Great Store!

West leb sales was certainly more knowledgeable than Claremont

associates are very helpful. Store is well laid out and isles are not cluttered with displays. A nice place to shop.

Our sales associate, Lindsey, really went the extra mile to help us figure out if a smoke detector was compatible with a unit for our deaf son. She was patient, helpful, and very friendly. She should teach customer service classes!

Love Home Depot. My husband and I are doing some facelifting at our home and Home Depot has it all and usually at a less expensive price. Thank you Home Depot.

I have always enjoyed my experiences,both cost savings and most of all, the store associates have always been professional, and helpful. Most times I want to get in, get what I'm after and get out. They have helped me do that. When I could not lift or carry because of illness, they would ask to put the items in my vehicle for me. Not because they have to, but because they care. That means a lot to me. They are an asset to your business. Please do not take them for granted.

Store was clean & organized. Associate Zach went more than the extra mile making sure we were getting the right product for our project. Checked the instore inventory & on line.Listed 4 then 1. Had 1 opened. Zach checked the Claremont, NH store's inventory, then followed up to make sure the products were there & asked them to hold 2 for us so they would be there when we arrived. Zach is very knowledgeable of the products. Knew where to find both locations. He was very apologetic for making us wait & for us needing to go to Claremont. EXCELLENT ASSOCIATE A++++++++++++++++++++

Our Associate, Rich, knew his stuff and was very pleasant. He spent six hours going over our plan and helped us design a spectacular kitchen for a spec house we are building. (We also ordered bathroom vanities.) This house will sell quickly with this beautiful kitchen as the main feature of the home. We are looking forward to seeing the finished product in a few months. I visit West Lebanon Home Depot regularly and I never fail to find a knowledgeable, helpful associate to answer my questions or suggest a fix I hadn't thought of. I once had an associate steer me to a really great deal on a package that included a drill, 2 batteries and a charger that cost only a bit more than the single battery I was looking at. How many stores would do that for you?!
