The store was clean. Availability of products was excellent.

There were little to no store associates available to help. There were a number of people looking for assistance I finally flagged down someone going by on a forklift and be was rude and acted like I was bothering him by asking a question .

I looked online for hardware for a bathroom vanity, and needed one that would work on my piece of furniture. There were a few online so I was hoping the store would have at least one of them. The store actually had three that I saw online that I could use, and they were exactly where the online Home Depot site indicated they would be - very Easy to Find!

I regularly buy online and pick up at this store. The crew there is quick to get my order out and calls me when there is a problem right away. A friend of mine goes right by there almost every day and picks up my supplies and they are courteous to him. I live in rural VT and it's a drive to any store, so I don't know what I would do without this service.

Shelves were messy as always. Staff was unavailable as always. Had to go looking for staff for help as always. Found staff in conversation with each other as always. Had to wait for them to finish their conversation as always. Staff was ill informed as always.The more staff seemed to know the more poorly informed they proved to be as always.

Another dept associate helped that was not her dept

I was very pleased with the assistance from the store associate, JJ, who helped us in the floor covering area. He was helpful in checking stock and then loading our car for us. The cashier, Patty, at the self checkout was very nice!

Great staff, great selection of materials. I come here often.

The associate in doors and windows went above and beyond to assist me in getting my door for me and to my truck. I really appreciated his help and friendliness.

Home Depot almost always has what I need, even things I have difficulty finding elsewhere.

Have to wait significant amount of time to find someone to help you. If ask someone who is not from that department they do not help find anyone. Just tell you it is not their department. Customer service not trained well enough and could not return item so had to take it back home and return the next day when someone else was on. Often products in app show they are available but really are not on shelf and are in storage above bin but can't find associate to help you get product. Store used to be very good with very helpful staff but has significantly declined and do not value customer service any longer.

I WAS SEARCHING FOR A DUST MASK AND A VERY HELPFUL ASSOCIATE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. HE TOOK ME TO A COUPLE OF DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS TO CHECK THE DIFFERENCES IN THE PRODUCTS TO BE SURE I GOT THE BEST PRODUCT THAT WAS AVAILABLE FOR MY USE.

Home Depot in W Lebanon is my first stop for most of my home hardware needs. Most of the time I shop there I found what I need quickly and find it easy to check out and be on my way. However there are a couple of things that prevented me from giving it a five: 1 - I bought a fluorescent light, brought it home, set it up, and then broke the bulb (my bad). So I went back to the store to get a replacement bulb. It took the associate a while to figure out what I needed, then he reported to me that I had to order it on line. So I went back home, went to Home Depot,com and found the bulb. But the web site said it was only available in the store. Ugh 2 - I was in the store with my smart phone (AT&T) with a list of electrical items my brother sent me. I was not sure what they were so I tried to look them up online on homedepot.com. No cell signal... so I tried to connect to the in store wifi - listed as AT&T- but my phone reported that it couldn't connect to the network. This doesn't happen anywhere else. 3 - I went to buy some chain oil for my chain saw. Got to the aisle, and found one of those tall stair ladders right in front of the product I was trying to get at. No associate in sight! It would have been easier for me to climb the ladder, but the sign said associates only, so I pushed and shoved the thing out of my way and grabbed the oil. 4- a good one! My wife and I were disappointed in the dishwasher in the house we bought last year. So we went to home depot to shop for a new one. The associate there asked us for our reasons (cloudy glasses) and then suggested that we simply change to a stronger detergent and add a rinse agent. That did the trick - we didn't need to buy a new dishwasher after all. But when we do decide to get one, we'll buy it from home depot.

Home Depot has an excellent associate that helped us in the Lighting Dept. The item we wanted showed as being in stock but none were available on the shelves. He took the time to check all possible locations and finally found the item. He then took time to help recommend the best light bulbs for the item we were purchasing as well as some of our other lighting venues. He went far and beyond what he had to for us. Customer service of this type is hard to find and Home Depot should commend this employee. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. Thank you for having such a valuable associate in your store.

We found what we needed very quickly and checked out easily with no wait time.. Very satisfied with our shopping experience.

After researching locally all my options, choices and prices, Home depot was the winner. Not only was the prize lower for the same refrigerators but their prices included the delivery. Also their extended warranty is unbeatable, it is more affordable than anywhere else and it covers everything.

We purchased a very large and heavy item located on the top shelf of the garden dep't. Sales Associate Roger Berry could not have been more friendly, patient, and helpful as he checked out the availability of this item for purchase, got it down for us, assisted in helping me get required insurance information so that I could rent a truck to transport the item home, and secured the assistance of other sales associates so that they could load it onto the truck. This entire process consumed about an hour of his time, and throughout, he was patient, informative, helpful, and did not lose his sense of humor as we navigated numerous delays together. He is a great credit to your store and to the Home Depot organization, and we personally want to thank him for all his assistance. Great job!

The score was clean, easy to find merchandise and the associates were all very friendly

Thank you Kitchen & Bath design team for your help this weekend! We arrived with a torn piece of notebook paper with measurements all over it. Somehow they were able to take us from hen scratchings to a beautiful kitchen design. The associate we worked with was very knowledgeable, patient and kind!! This is the only way to go for people like us who have a hard time visualizing exactly what the kitchen will look like.

This store is always a pleasure to go to. People genuinely offer to help and if they can't do it, find someone who can. I like that many employees will give you their knowledge and expertise on a project, not just look for a sale. They are interested in you as a personal customer. This store always has what I need, even if I look in the wrong place or bug an employee they are cordial and polite.

While the store was clean and the associates that I talked with were pleasant. I went to Home Depot to purchase flowers and vegetable plants. I was appalled at how TERRIBLE the plants looked. Dried out, wilted, dead, dying, brown leaves, knocked over. I did not purchase any from HD.
