The people are verry friendly

I'm in this store a few times a week and always satified with the products and service!

The employees were very friendly and willing to help all throughout the store. We were in several different areas and found the employees all to be very friendly and willing to help find what we were looking for, and we couldn't beat the prices.

I am not a online shopper, I like to touch see and feel the items I want to buy. And when I want something I do not wait two weeks to get it. If it is wrong or broke I have to ship it back or wait to get credit back on my card. I hate to shop online, I have to look at a computer all day and I do not to look at it later. I go to the store to see and buy the things I want. If they keep pushing everything to online I will only go to brick and mortor stores with people who want to service me and advise me on there products with knowledge of it. Not just stockers or groups of three or more shooting the breeze

The employees in this store are always helpful and friendly. The store always carries the products we are looking for as well.

The store is always easy to get around and find things. The employees are helpful and welcoming. Recently a manager went above and beyond to help me with matching prices after my purchases had a big price drop.

I don't think employees should be eating in front of customers. I think snacks should be limited to the break room. I observed several employees eating, but when I needed help, no one came when I asked for help.

This store is my go-to store for our home improvement needs. I've been to other home improvement stores in the area and the employees at Home Depot are always the most friendly and courteous. They make you feel like a valued customer. They are always willing to help in whatever way they can. Whoever is in charge of employee training, keep up the good work!

I highly recommend the west Wichita Home Depot store. I've been going there for years and I keep returning primarily because of the employees but also because it has a great selection of products to choose from. The prices are competitive as well.

I have been working a lot of nagging home maintence projects. Slow sink drains, ugly wall paint, new fixtures, broken yard maintence equipment. I made one long list, headed for Home Depot, two hours later everything on my list was checked off. It only took two hours because there were so many choices I could make in product and brand. Friendly Home Depot staff answered so many questions along my list. This was a successful shopping experience. And I have not had to go back once to make a return because an item didn't fit or work.

STORE WAS CLEAN, EMPLOYEE WHO HELPED WITH CUTTING A WINDOW BLIND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE SIZE AND MEASUREMENTS NEEDED. SHE KNEW WHAT SHE WAS DOING AT ALL TIMES.

I was able to have my kitchen planned, order cabinets, sink, and dishwasher, choose paint colors, and have them mixed, as well as pick up grout and backerboard, for our reno. Good visit. I also got a lot of walking exercise. ;) The knowledgeable staff was helpful in all of these activities!
