Had a great experience this morning with help finding what I was looking for and sales person was very knowledgeable and even advised me about a great discount that I could use. Got me a free circular saw for free as well.

The store was clean and the people were very nice

Was able to get everything I needed to remodel my bathroom in one trip. Friendly and educated employees!

they are not practicing the 6ft distance then when you ask them to use me excuse me and they're congregated by the door so you can't leave then went to get rude because you want to get by and get up in your face and you tell them six feet and stop talking you're spreading germs this is not great practice or business I will not die because someone wants to be arrogant

I love spring and always change up my gardens. This year I had a sudden idea to make a yin - yang rock garden. It turned out awesome with the help of everyone in lawn and garden here.

Employees are very knowledgeable of many products in the sales floor as well as the rental services department. Politeness overall in all the needs of the customer. Thanks to Bob, for the service in helping me with my purchase and recommending on entering a $5000 cash give away Home Depot is advertising.

Kitchen designer was excellent. Layout was perfect for our kitchen and we love it. Very happy with cabinets.

Comparison to other hardware stores large and small this Home Depot store seems to thrive on customer service! It makes me want to come back and shop here just knowing I will be helped. We rent houses so the repairs are constant and I can always find what I need here.

Excellent Associates, Kenton Pullman and Carl Spain were fabulous. They were very friendly, helpful mindful and knowledgeable about what we requested. The store is clean, organized and easy to go straight to what you are looking for.

Compared to other stores in the area the west home depot is much better. Staff is readily available to help and knowledgeable.

I shop this store a lot. I know the store well. When I do need help sometimes its hard to find someone to help in the department that I need help with.

We went looking for assistance to help a neighbor in need of a water heater. They were amazing in everything they were able to do to help in this situation. The manager and all employees that provided assistance were amazing.

The aisle that leads to the restroom was blocked for product relocation, once the forklift operator got the load down, he then allowed me to pass through. I told Him how much I appreciated Him for letting me go to the restroom. At 67 yrs old there are some things you just don't put off! This type of Customer Service goes above and beyond of what is expected from store employees.

Customer service was friendly and didn't make us feel we were taking too much time to pick what we wanted.

I ordered entry door locks online and brought them to the store to have them re-keyed. Linda in the window and doors department got right on the job and finished the locks while I shopped for other items in the store. Great service! Thanks

Rarely if ever have to hunt down an employee for assistance. There is always someone available to help- and not only do they help but they offer options and information about the products. I’ve had amazing service each time I’ve been in the store- which has been a lot.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot where you can always find friendly employees whom are eager to help.

Store is easy to access, traffic moves no tricky turns. Inside the sales people know where items are located and can direct me rapidly. I like fast service which is what this store offers. Love to shop in West Wichita - do not like to deal with other parts of Wichita.
