I consider myself very handy in home repairs and maintenance, but I am also aware that with a store as large as Home Depot keeping up with new products and methods is impossible when one does only occasional projects. This store has a seemingly choice crew of employees who willingly offer hints, suggestions, and even find another employee to help me if what I need is out of their field of expertise. It has made many of my projects from installing a toilet, kitchen sink, flooring, lighting fixtures, ceiling fan, other appliances and painting outside fencing if not easy, certainly easier, saving both time and money! I truly love this store!

Very friendly and helpful staff

02/10/18 - first time at the West Windsor store. The product I was looking for, crystal chandelier, was readily available. Store was easy to navigate and the associates that I came in contact with were very helpful.

Consistent with other HD stores. Maintains a clean environment, good inventory, competitive prices. Best to shop during non-peak hours.

I have been in this store many times over the years. It did seemed to be better prepared, clean and stocked this time. There also seemed to be more help than usual, most of home were pleasant and helpful.

There is a very knowledgeable and helpful woman in the paint department. She is always there when I come through and she helps customers think through their projects to ensure they leave the store with the right materials for the job!

Cashier Cynthia was extremely customer service friendly. Had to go on line to find 5" shrink wrap location as it was not in the bin online stated.. Did find a box in the back of the store.

Quick, easy, cheap

During my visit to the West Windsor, NJ store on 8/30/17, I had two employees help me -- one in the Lighting Dept. (I'm sorry I didn't get that person's name) and also Aazer at the Customer Service Desk. The assistance provided by both of them prompted me to make a $100 purchase that I may not have made otherwise.

This was a truly great shopping experience. Our cashier Cynthia is a gem! She made a point of making us feel relaxed even with children with us and the rest of the staff was about as kind and professional as can be. I would love it if all of my shopping experiences helped me to feel like this one but they don't but I am glad I had this one.
