Friendly staff. We were in the appliance section to purchase washer/dryer. The employee was very helpful, walked us through various models and their features, strengths and price. He helped us arrive at the decision. The employee also walked with us and helped us buy other stuff at the store. Great service. Highly recommend the store.

I went to this store, after having an awful experience at the Newark,NJ location. I was very pleased. Thanks to Mike G, I believe. I appreciate your patience, and help. You even cut my pvc pipes for me, and the other location wouldn't.

Great Store with very friendly store employees and large selection of merchandize that refreshes often.

Ryan in Isle #47 is a terrific employee please hire more like him. He was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and polite. We had a need to purchase some rodent products and Ryan was extremely helpful usually there are not enough of employees scheduled to work weekends and it's hard to locate your employees but Ryan was right there willing to help.

If you are shopping for appliances, go to see Warren or Ted at the Princeton Home Depot. They will take all the confusion and hassles out of the search process.

Very helpful in electrical/lighting. Best to go during a weekday, not a weekend, if you are do-it-yourselfer who may have questions. When employees in this store are not rushed, they take the time to talk you through your project.

You'll feel welcomed and someone will approach you to offer help. Whether you're a contractor or a stay-at-home mom you'll get the attention and help that you need. A pleasant shopping experience-they are actually glad to see you....................................

Camille was able to assist me in locating the EXACT picture hangers I was looking for based on my description of them. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She deserves a raise.

Excellent Store. Great Employees and Great Service

Store was cleaner than in the past but still not as pleasant and experience vs shopping at Lowes. Usually difficult to find an associate to help you. Once you find one, they are knowledgeable and helpful. Wanted a particular type of driveway sealer. The pallet where it was before was empty. I chose an alternative without knowing the price because it was not marked. Had keys made. Associates were helpful and expedient. Disappointed Home Depot discontinued matching the Lowes 5% off for using your credit card.

I found what I was looking for and the employees helped place items in car. Several bags of heavy mulch were placed in vehicle with their assistance.

An employee in the Building Department refused to assist me in lifting some items into my cart because I was told I could do it my self. Because of my health situation I can not do heavy lifting that's why I requested some help with the lifting which I was denied.

Was in on Memorial Day. Help was great. Chris (lumber/ driveway materials dept) came through with getting more driveway sealer from the back. Prior experiences to HD were not this good. Sometimes the associates "don't know" if more product is available but they don't say it with sincerity. Chris knew the status of the supplies, delivered a confident reply, and then brought more up to the front of the store. I felt grateful and welcomed by his approach, and that of his coworker who helped him. These guys were sharp. It was definitely a "Yes!" experience, as in, "Yes I am happy to shop here and spend money here." Ideally, as a consumer, price is not everything. Customer service is a lot - and that comes from taking care of your people. I hope HD is taking care of these guys. These are your linebackers keeping Amazn Prme from gaining any more yards. Take care of these guys and they'll take care of your customers. Checkout was great too (Moorea on my receipt).
