What a pleasant shopping experience! I went for Glidden paint and was acknowledged immediately by an associate (Chris) who was working on a large order for someone else. She took my order while the paint was mixing and relayed the wait time. In roaming the store, two associates approached me and asked if they could help me. And to top it off, the cashier was a ray of sunshine! And I thank Olivia for her welcome smile and attitude.

A web search showed me the Wyoming (Grandville) store had what I wanted in stock and for a great price, and that they were open on this holiday. The greeter at the door hadn't heard of the product but offered some suggestion on the location based on how the product is used. The associate in what seemed like the most appropriate section was also unaware of the item I wanted but happy to help look for it. When I located it, the price marked was 50% higher than what I'd seen on the website so I left to try a competitor - who didn't have the product in stock. I rechecked via my smartphone and decided to return to Home Depot and challenge the cashier if it rang up at the higher price. I needn't have worried; the lower price came up on the scanner. On the way out I was offered a free hot dog (excellent!) and bottled water because it was a holiday. "Friendly" is my best description for this store; at least five times I was approached by associates who offered suggestions (guesses, but friendly ones) regarding the location of the product I was after, and the cashier was also very pleasant and seemed committed to customer satisfaction. And despite the extra shopping around, I did eventually leave with the product I wanted, at the very good price I was hoping to pay. I'll be back.

I simply needed some rings to attach a leash to. The associate took me right to what I needed! The cashier at the self checkout was friendly and smiling!

Products are easy to find and priced competitively. Staff is helpful, patient and available! They go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. We make many trips to this Home Depot.

I recently purchased a washer, and had a great experience. The selection was great and the associate was quite helpful. The washer I purchased went on sale a few weeks later, $100.00 and Home Depot did a price adjustment, making the overall experience even better. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

I was looking for product I was there for and an associate came and helped me fine what I was looking for and was assisted checking out at the self check out station, over all it was a good experience....

Today had the help of one associate who was in electrical department but helped us find flooring product we wanted and referred us to another associate in that area. Both very helpful with ideas to meet our need/product that fit our plan.

Jason and Melissa and the store manager for flooring department as well as other associates were the only reason we stayed with Home Depot after our first order/choice in flooring was backordered by six months with uncertainty if it would ever come and the second order/choice online was delivered in very poor condition - packaging open and pieces on expensive bamboo flooring damaged. If it were not for personal attention of the manager of this store, we would have gone elsewhere. Putting the payments on a new credit card and then having to return the product and having it "off" the credit card and then having two missing pieces of order sent anyway and having to wait to send back and taken off our credit card was confusing and crazy way for such a big corporation to do business. Personal service trumps everything.!!!!!!

I never have to ask twice about the location of a item. I love that.

I knew exactly what I needed and where to find it in the store. Despite my readiness I was greeted on 3 occasions with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although I knew what I was getting prior to going, I found myself lingering a bit to find out about other products I would need in the near future. The staff was quick to answer any questions. I got what I needed and a bit more, and still out the door quickly.

Whenever I am this store I receive many hellos and greetings from the associates. They are all so friendly and helpful, willing to check on products or find someone who knows what I may need.

Went to get a replacement part for our small Weber grill and ended up leaving with a new, bigger Weber grill. Dave was very friendly and knowledgable about the Weber products. One of the best customer service people I've met !

the store is always organized and clean. its somewhat difficult to find someone to help you and they are not very knowledgeable about the specifics of your needs. they are just basically educated on what the product is and what it does. but they are very very willing to help and they are very friendly. overall I use hardware store constantly.. Menards is like the dollar store of hardware, they sell groceries! and Lowes is set up for home owners only. The Home Depot is excellent for professionals

Everyone was very happy and so willing to help me out to ensure that I got what I needed during my visit. ...and both the greeter and the cashier were quite pleasant before and during check out. I left happy!

Our local Home Depot did not carry a storage shed that we wanted for our back yard.We drove 40 miles to Grandville Home Depot to pick one up.My credit card was declined.The associate at the Service Desk called the credit card company to straighten out the matter. They were so busy at the time.I just couldn't believe this customer service.Thanks again Christy,you are the best! then the store dispatched six other associates to help load the shed into my truck. I will be sure to drive the 80 mile round trip on my future major purchases.These guys are top notch. thanks again!

Purchased an indoor/outdoor digital temperature device. Went to Lowe's to look for the same item immediately prior to this visit. Home Depot had a much better overall selection and more helpful associates. Zachary greeted me when I entered the store, and used his personal mobile device to find the exact location of my requested item. After selecting the item, I returned to the front of the store to check-out. I was waiting with others at the self check-out. Zachary saw the line, opened one of the regular registers and promptly checked me out with a smile. Overall it was an excellent customer experience.

Best experience we've ever had shopping at Home Depot. Every employee we talked to knew were to take us to find the items on our list. Both Ladies at the check out were extremely helpful when our tile wouldn't scan. I wish I would have written down all their names they made the wait to find the correct bar code easy. The Grandville Home Depot will be our go to store from now on.

Couldn't find products! On window air conditioning

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. They saved me a lot of time looking for the things I needed.Ryan and Michelle in plumbing were very helpful as was Mike in electrical. Justine and Christy were great in returns. I would highly recommend Home Depot for your home improvement needs.

The store was tidy with fully stocked shelves and they actually had what I needed.
