Consistentcy of assistance in Westerly. Well run and stocked store, wish it was closer to me but worth traveling to.

The person we spoke to in the plant section was great

The whole team of kitchen associates were so helpful, patient and caring. They all worked to make a stressful situation doable, especially Anne Miller, Diane Barber & Lisa Lamb.

I found the store easy to find things. The staff was helpful and gave me great advice for the project that I was working on.

the store is exceptionally clean and associates very helpful and friendly. I go to other Home Depot stores and feel this is the best one of all. Also, I always get help promptly, which is important to me. If something is not available the associates find a store that has what I need and helps me make arrangements to either deliver to Westerly store or hold for my pickup. Excellent service.

The store was clean and every assoicate was giving smiles, Deanna was very helpful making jokes and related to me, she is quite funny and kevin also had a smile and very friendly. Ive had Deanna before when i was in garden although she was unable to answer my questions because she was new she was able to find me someone that could, chris brought me right to where the stepping stones were. ty again Home Depot!!!!

I was excited to find the exact product that I needed.

I knew the layout of the store and went right to the department where I looked over the products.Within 10 seconds I was asked if I needed help and was told they would be right there if I needed them, I love that, no bothering me.The sales associate was wonderful when I decided on the product and didn't try to steer me towards a higher priced item, very satisfied with my visit!!!!

The Westerly Store is clean and huge plant selection! I was impressed! I actually bought much more than I planned on because the plants looked so healthy!

We had a wonderful experience my husband and I. Jim went above and beyond.... he used his own personal cell phone and showed us your new AP to locate the fencing we were looking for. he then walked us to the front and helped us check out and stayed to help my husband in the loading area with everything. He also, took the time to help me with some solar powered decorative landscape lights, he compared price verse value so my husband and I clearly new what one was the better value. Thanks JIM !!!!!!!!! Who works nights... your the BEST and we will be back to look for you again!!!!!!

This particular Home Depot is clean bright and friendly I like visiting there.

Always greeted in a friendly manner and I have only once not found a product that I was looking for when shopping at this Home Depot. It was in the store the following day to my satisfaction! Thank you!

I prefer this store to the one that is actually closer. It is laid out well. The aisles are clean and not full of junk. I have always found it to be a good place to shop.

In the garden section of the store a young employee assisted me to my vehicle with several loads of mulch. He was extremely helpful and very kind. He had a warm smile and positive spirit. He was the most wonderful associate we have ever met at this store! Great job young man. Keep it up and you'll go far! Thank you for your kindness and it was great to see somone happy at work!

We were very excited to buy herbs and veggies for ou garden at 4 for $10!

Associate listened and agreed with my recommendations concerning the status of the display storm doors...some were very shop-worn and needed to be replaced...
