I shop there frequently both for my needs and for my work at the Westerly Armory Restoration. Seldom am I not able to find what I need. Ernest Cassis

The service in all areas really go out of their way to help and if not on shelf they do whatever they can to find the product. They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you to all the staff.

With professional service employees such as Rick Diaz and the people in his department Kelley and Heather, my appliance shopping was next to perfect. The appliance department with their product knowledge and attention to detail, professionalism,, and pleasant disposition and managers made my experience excellent. In Westerly, employees know where correct aisle is to find what I am looking for. Other stores, you get the wrong info. or the service people disappear before you can ask them a question. Other notable mentions: Hunter (exchanges) and of course Robin in paints, and Jessica in appliances, also.

I do business with several large rental companies. Every time I rent something from the depot I have a great experience.

All the employees at the Westerly HD have been very friendly and helpful to me and my dad when we shop. My dad is almost completely blind. The employees are all very understanding and patient. I have to say, though, the best Customer Service Representative of any store of any kind I've ever encountered is Jen, the Powertool Department Manager in the HD Westerly, RI store. She is absolutely wonderful! She has been very friendly, patient and most of all helpful to my dad and me.

Poorly staffed . Had very little product that was buyable for project.

store was clean employees were friendly and helpful but the Corporate management has the store workers hands tied. I went to checkout and showed my RI drivers lic with veterans status on it and was denied the veterans discount as policy by headquarters policy that it is not a valid proof of veterans status as recognized by the RI General Assembly. Store employee was sympathetic but was following the corporate policy of anti veteran status proof. Ma Home Depot stores honor the RI drivers lic /veterans status. as does all Lowes . there is no Lowes in the Westerly area.

Always a pleasant store to shop because of friendly staff members! This always makes a difference and I have good shopping experiences with the kindness and assistance of the various staff member. Consistently friendly help and guidance from staff members. This time around in particular I'll add a special thank-you for help and such pleasantness to Kim in the garden department.

The helpful employees make it a pleasure to shop here. They are knowledgeable, and go out of their way to be helpful. A few years ago I couldn't have said this. Now, the people working there make this store tops.

Exceptional people working at this store. Joe in lumber was very helpful and knowledgeable. His department was clean and organized. Bonnie the cashier went above and beyond with some products that would not scan properly. She was friendly and courteous and made the transaction seamless. I would recommend this store to anyone and will be back shopping myself.

I have good experiences in this store and the staff members are helpful when I need help. I value having people available to answers questions or to direct me to the correct aisle or to let me know what stock might be available for our home projects. Nothing replaces the pleasant and knowledgeable people who work in this store. The human factor is irreplaceable! I can always get assistance in this store and I appreciate that.

I want to thank the customer service lady and sales lady that ended my day on such a good note. I truly wish that I had gotten their names so that I could include that in this review. They both were so helpful in getting an exchange taken care of. The sales lady that happened to be at the service desk offered to take me to the aisle to find replacements and gave her opinion when I asked which hardware she thought best matched the hinges that I had brought with me. Your employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I will keep coming back to this store.

I really enjoy shopping at The Home Depot in Westerly. The staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. If they don't have what I am looking for, the staff helps me find it. I love the variety of products in the store. I really enjoy the employees who you can talk to and get advice and help.

Never a regular register open, always have to self checkout. I go to shop, not work. Open a register and provide service no making me check myself out all the time. If the cashier is busy it takes forever to get out of the store. The store isles are a mess, store used to be much more organized it needs help, cannot navigate many isles because there are items all over the place

Isles are always too cluttered and the store relies on self check out 90% of the time which can be very frustrating.
