Store seems to always be neat, well lite, associates are always friendly, always seem to find what I'm looking for. Prices a competitive with other stores and is easy in easy out.

Every time I shop at Westfield Home Depot and need assistance, I receive it promptly, efficiently and with a smile. I am offered suggestions and never have to wait in lines, they have ample registers open.

I was assisted by Dan in the Electrical department-phenominal customer service. He took the time to get provide me exactly what I needed. Allen in the Hardware/Building section assisted me and my wife recently when we decided to build a wine cellar. His guidance and suggestions were right on. Very happy with the results. Finally was assisted at the checkout by Michelle. She had an incredibly infectious smile that was so warm and friendly. Really made the day complete! Thank you all for making my day less stressful!

I never knew I could buy all my cleaning products from you in bulk and for cheap! That was the highlight of my day then to top it off some strong young man packed it all in my car for me. Who said Chivalry is dead?

The store was clean and all items easy to find and when help was needed someone was right there to take you to your product. Associates treated you fantastic and being a Vietnam Veteran you really don"t know how much that means now a days. Good job done!!! Thank-You.

Shawn in the tool department was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to assist me with the right drill bit and even used the floor model drill to show me the best way to drill holes in my window brackets. He was very patient and professional.

This place is my hidden gem for all my Halloween décor! I went it for painters tape and came out with a whole new lawn set up to scare the kiddies hahahahaha! Lee was nice and helped with my purchase as well! Nothing was keeping me from that awesome Halloween Setup!!!

Wes helped me load lumber into my truck! I really appreciated his help, he was very friendly and very nice. Thanks again Wes!

Extremely friendly staff and very helpful even when I didn't know exactly what I was looking for they helped me sort my ideas and process and then directed me into the right product for my home. So excited to get started also can't wait to go back and talk to Christopher again who was very pleasant.

Linda was so nice! I was on a very tight schedule and she helped me find the storage tote and door hanger for this upcoming Halloween season. Thank you for having such amazing employees. I even got to meet the manager she was very pleasant and enjoyable to talk to while I was checking out with Linda.

Cashier Connie-CKJ11E was very pleasant and efficient and is a major asset to your store. The prices on the flowers were terrific and I ALWAYS have a good experience at Home Depot.

The store associate was AMAZING!!!! She was so kind and helpful! She made even my small purchase seemed important to the store. The cashier was extremely fast and efficient, this store definitely has the right mix of people to get the job done. You should model your other stores from this Westfield, Home Depot because they are spot on. I will also be sure to bring my children here on the first of every Saturday to The Kid’s Depot for fun activities which was recommended to me by the Store Manager Michele Minniear after I demand the clerk let me see her to thank her for the wonderful job she is doing!!!!!! I’m making sure that all our future home improvement purchases come through Home Depot! Thanks Again!!!!!

Tristen in the paint department was outstanding. She gave us options, clear explanations and brought us to everything we needed.

really did not need assistance but knew if I did that there was always someone there to help. went right to the product I needed picked them up put them in the cart. the cashier was ready and friendly and she helped with the self check. got out of the store in record time. always find what I need and if I don't there is always help.

The availability of your people knowing what regular items are an where they are.

This is the first time that I have gone to this store and been able to find an associate and then have that associate be willing to help me find what I needed. Of course, it was Rich Moreau, Electrical Department Supervisor. With his help, I was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes. Some of the aisles that I looked down were congested because employees were restocking merchandise, but there were a few places where the associate had started, then stopped, and left merchandise and ladders sitting in the aisles. Except for that, my visit was exceptional for this Home Depot!!

We have received tremendous help from Cory in the tile section. He was patient with our questions and very knowledgeable about product and technique. He has made our trips to Home Depot very pleasant and less overwhelming.

This store was wonderful, they answered all my questions and even made helpful recommendations to get my little job done quick and easy. Every time I turned the corner an associate was there to help me find what I need or direct me to where I wanted to go! They even told me little tricks to help get my job done.

I live in GA but also have a home here in MA. I go to Home depot both in MA and in GA but I must say the store in Westfield is better then the one in Covington GA. The people are more friendly in Westfield, which is not a norm for most stores. I've always had very friendly people help me in the various departments and at check out here in Westfield. Great store keep up the good work.

I have been going to this Home Depot as a contractor for years. Every time I always have a positive customer exprience. When I became a home owner I also knew Home depot would have the supplies I needed for my home improvement projects. The difference between the Westfield, MA Home Depot store and other home improvement stores is the level of customer service. Every time I walk into Home Depot Westfield I am asked by the friendly associates if I need help. Associates have even stopped a routine task to help me, because they put the customer first. As a home improvement professional, I often use the Pro Desk, and have an excellent working relationship with the staff there. I often see the store manager, Michelle, work and walking her store always checking in with customers and always ready to provide support to her staff and quality customer service. Thanks Westfield Home Depot for being a place I can rely on for my personal and professional home improvement needs.

the westfield home depot is one of the best stores and all the associates were helpful and patient with all of my needs wish every store was this easy to shop at.

I was buying materials to make a small patio for my grill. While I was picking out pavers, I was offered help from Nicole. She helped me load the pavers, then helped me locate and load all of the other materials I needed for the job. Finally, she brought me to the cashier, waited for me to bring up my truck, and helped me load everything. Thank you, Nicole!

I went in to the store to help my wife buy an insecticide for plants in her office. She decided to give me my Father's Day gift early and to let me pick it out. I needed help in getting the merchandise loaded onto a cart. There were 3 associates standing at the end of the aisle and when I went to ask them to help me, ALL 3 of them took off in another direction. It was very hard to navigate through the aisles due to all of the clutter and disorganization. This is a regular occurrence at this store. The 2 bright spots in the entire visit were the cashier, Sabine, and the associate that helped me load my merchandise into my vehicle! If more of the associates at this store had their attitude, I wouldn't dread going into this particular store!!!
