I asked about the flooring for a concrete floor that I would be laying next week, and an associate escorted me over to the flooring and stayed with me and answered all my questions about the product and its use

This visit was good up to checking out at the contractor register with Georgette, waiting at register until she was done whispering to another employing (talking smack) and then came over and started checking my items with out acknowledging me the customer. Georgette should be made aware with out the customer there is no need for the employee !

We found everything we needed at this store. Easy to find it and access from the street. Would definitely recommend this store and do all the time.

This fellow went out of his way to help me find batteries for my garage door remote, he installed the new battery for me, he set me up for a window consultation which I asked for, and he was just a very through and helpful person.

If anything could go wrong during a renovation, it has during my renovation. Five years worth of things going wrong. This Home Depot store has been my lifeline. I have bought all of the cabinetry and counters for a kitchen and two bathrooms designed by the associates in the store, all of the doors, walls, baseboard, casing, some windows, some tile, faucets, sprinklers, valves, electrical, carpet, blinds, you name it, I have bought it at this Home Depot. Just days before my project was finished nearly two years ago, an internal pipe burst and wiped out all of the work that had been done. The flood was devastating and I was equally devastated. The associates in the store were absolutely amazing in helping me to reorder and to replace all of the damaged and destroyed cabinets, counters, walls, etc. in my house. They were in such disbelief at what had happened that they cried with me. Now, as I am in the home stretch once again, they are right there cheering me on while they continue to provide amazing customer service for not only me but all the customers who walk through the doors. This store is special to me because of the people. Keep up the good work!

Went to buy a sliding door for my kitchen had a helpful experience from the employees there. Very courteous and respectful, that's very enlightening to know there is still workers that like their job. Great job Home Depot, I'll continue to shop there. Thanks

Products are easy to find and products pertaining to the season out in full view and available.

I really like this store and the employees. Everyone is always helpful and are able to answer all my questions. We have a cabin and I have redone all the doors and windows and also half logs on the kitchen and dining room, and have always received the help I have needed to decide on my purchase.

On-line item being returned to my Home Depot location was handled very professionally, and took a minimum amount of time( about 2 minutes ) . Amelia the clerk, took charge of every aspect, knowing who, what, & where to do the things necessary. It went much smoother, and far more rapid than I had anticipated. Thank You! My store's associates always ask to help(and know), and the whole store environment is a clean, understandable, well laid-out basis for anyone seeking "good & clean" for the new project that brought them into the store. I met some staffs. They doesn't know some American Sign Language (ASL). I would suggest if some staffs see Deaf so they can call staffs who know some ASL.

I was extremely satisfied with the help I received from Shannon. She helped me with finding and selecting a 52" Husky tool chest. The personal service she provided was outstanding and appreciated. I will be back to her store for all of my home improvements.

doing a completely remodel of my ladies new home is crazy stressful. Working with Larry one of the store managers at this Home Depot has made this process so much easier and less stressful. Definitely a good manager and extremely helpful and thoughtful. I would recommend this store and Larry to anyone.

It was an OK experience of the store. Most of the associates ignored me, only one was willing to approach me, and she definitely made my store experience here better.

I COULDN'T FIND WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR BECAUSE THE PRODUCT HAD CHANGE BRANDS AND THE COLOR OF THE BAGS WERE DIFFERENT. THE PRICE HAS INCREASED BY .60 PER UNIT IN LESS THAN ONE WEEK AND THE PRODUCT QUALITY HAS DROPPED FROM EXCELENT TO POOR. WHY HAVE LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS SHIPPED HERE WHEN COLORADO MAKES THIS PRODUCT BETTER AND CHEAPER? HELLO IS ANYONE HOME? THE BRAINS ARE GONE FOR SURE. IT'S NOT NECCESSARILY ABOUT YOUR BOTTOM LINE BUT SATISFACTION OF THE CUSTOMER. THAT WILL HELP YOUR BOTTOM LINE YES? PS MAYBE YOU COULD WAIT TO MOVE ALL YOUR BACK STOCK OUT ONTO THE FLOOR AFTER THE STORE HAS CLOSED SO THAT CUSTOMERS CAN STILL SHOP AND HAVE ACCESS TOYOUR PRODUCTS. JUST A THOUGHT AGAIN ABOUT CUTOMER SATISFACTION. NICE PEOPLE THOUGH!

Some of the associates were unapproachable, they were busy socializing with each other. The check process took too much time. The cashier didn't seem knowledgeable for the check out procedure. If you want a painless experience shop at another location.

I've always been well treated at this store even when my thoughts, and projects were a little outside the box. The associates have never deterred me, and have often helped me see pitfalls, or better ways of accomplishing my goals.

Home Depot is stocked with all the items I need at good prices. The associates are available to help locate items and explain proper use of the items which helps in repairs. Check out is fast and easy and returns are very easy as it seems you can buy the wrong item from time to time.

Recently moved to the area and we needed some items to make starting a fire in our fireplace a bit more safe. It took us just a minute to get to the correct section and we were nearly immediately being offered assistance. The gentleman was eager to help us out and very friendly, suggesting which fireplace accessories we should invest in and then quickly helping us obtain an ash can for the old ashes the previous tenant left behind and steering us in the right direction for a snow shovel. Thanks to him, we were able to start up a fire that cold, snowy night. Hope we run into him for all out little projects!

A young Hispanic man (I didn't get his name) helped me at around 9:40 a.m. on 11/12/15. He trimmed one end of a wood panel board by 1/2 inch. It was a difficult cut to make, but he was careful and did a good job.
