I can only assume that all of your stores are the same as this store and it is 100% ridiculous that there is only 1 actual register open at 6PM. There are plenty of self checkout registers but unless I am receiving a discount or getting paid to ring things up myself there is no need to EVER use a self checkout.

Very clean, cleanest store I've been too. Always friendly and helpful. Best store out of the 18 I've been too.

The one staffer in the garden area this morning was very helpful. There should have been at least one other staffer to help her and customers. Generally this store is outstanding and certainly this morning staffer did her utmost to handle customers' questions and to checkout in a timely manner. Also I could not find the prices for the huge displays of the cheapest prices of bagged mulch. If that information been available, I would not have had to leave the garden area to go into the store to ask a rep to search online.

Michelle Horn in the Appliance Department is amazing! If you need to buy an appliance, go see her!!!

The manager isn’t too friendly, however, Tim from the Garden section was amazing. He helped us even with departments he doesn’t work in. If you need help, go find him. Not only will he help you, he may make your day like he did ours :)

Great store, higher cost than expected with the market and tax breaks, some items you can get for less than half price if you shop around before buying at Home Depot, I found several items online for a fraction of both Home Depot and Lowe’s prices. Be smart, buy smart, Corporate Greed is what destroyed this country

I don't think I've ever been in a Home Depot store that was as neat and with as many friendly personnel as the store in Westminster, MD. Not to say that other HD's haven't been good, just that this one stands out!

I found some much-needed assistance across several departments: electrical, flooring and cleaning products in a day /age when good customer-service is hard to find. Thanks so much for the help!

The Home Depot in Westminster has helped me obtain material for several projects. The personnel that I have talked to have always been friendly and considerate even when I was being a Jerk.

The Home Depot at Westminster has been a great place to visit and get supplies. We bought a refridgerator there and everyone was very helpful and even when we got a damaged fridge they helped out and gave us some money back in cash. The employees were all very helpful. thanks
