I was looking for molding and a paste to apply it to the wall and i found it all , i was going to buy a "liquid nails " and the associate helped me find a heavy duty version of it for cheaper!! so over all it was great.

The store is always clean and the plants are always green, the costumer service is always outstanding. I prefer this location to any other local locations. I would recommend this store to my friends and family.

I was very pleased with the assistance I received from the sales person in the patio department. She really is the main reason my purchase of the wicker cooler was possible. She offered to secure it and make sure I received assistance to my car. She was very pleasant and nice!

I usually go to the registers for checkout but this time I went to self checkout. Jasmine was very eager to help me scan my items and bag them while Ralph made sure my shopping experience was great. Nice store nice layout but most important great employees.

I went to purchase a wooden pole for a closet I was building. As I was walking an employee by the name Gilbert came to my aid and was very helpful in locating the item and cutting it. I appreciated his assistance and look forward to coming back.

I called several stores in the area to find Mint plants and no one had them one store even put me on hold for 20 mins. ugh! and never came back. I called Home Depot in Whittier and they answered and connected me with Gardening and they looked for the Mint plant and informed me that they had it. So I went to purchase my plants. not only did they have what i needed it was on sale! Yay! Thank you Home Depot.

My experience with Home Depot is always positive. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff. The employees here are always there to assist you with anything you may need.

The store was clean but trying to find a sales associate when I needed help was difficult. When I did find one She gave me the wrong location for the product I was looking for. It wasn't even in the section she told me never mind the right aisle. I then had to look for another associate and he was able to help me.

My wife and I were looking for tile for our new bathroom and was having a hard time finding the right piece. One of the employees must have saw that we were having trouble because they came right up to us and asked if they could help us find what we were looking for. They saved us so much time that we would've spent running around searching for something that wasn't on the floor.

As a woman, I appreciate the "very much improved assistance" I receive when shopping your store. Many years ago, I just dreaded going to the Home Depot. I couldn't find anything, and it seemed like the attendants were annoyed when I asked for assistance. Now, when I shop there it is a wonderful experience. I find help is immediately available and that they are very informed. The store is also conveniently organized and the aisles are clear. I could spend alot of time there. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.

There is always someone available to help, whether it's to answer questions show you where to find what your looking for or help load your goods. Everyone's friendly and happy to help.

The store is great, especially the paint department. The people in the paint department are very helpful. It is sometimes difficult to find a sales associate to help direct you to items though.

YOUR ASSOCIATE DID A MAJOR SEARCH FOR ME TO FIND A FAUCET REPLACEMENT PART KNOWING THAT IT WAS UNLIKELY THAT HOME DEPOT COULD EVENTUALLY SUPPLY THE PART. HIS EFFORTS MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO ORDER THE PART ON LINE. THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE WILL CONTINUE TO MAKE ME CHECK HOME DEPOT FIRST

As a contractor it irritates me when I go into a home depot and the sales clerk in the door and window department doesn't know common terms like xo, door swing, etc. and cant operate the door special order software. So when I come across a sales person like Jose Sepulveda, in the door department who knows what I'm talking about and knows how to work the software to make my purchase go smooth... what relief. Thanks. So many suppliers out there are what I call Anti-sales. Like they don't want to sell the merchandise they're there to sell. Its a pleasure to do business with a Normal and Knowledgeable person. Rare these days.
