We like The Home Depot for the quality of merchandize and the availability. We like the friendliness of the employees, We like the prices we pay they are very completive with other home improvement stores.

We ordered 3 new doors, which went pretty much without a hitch. But for everything that went on between the next 2 months was uncalled for. Once the doors did arrive, it took about a month or more to install them and the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. It was very frustrating to say the least. But, just today, the doors were installed by a very kind gentleman, that did absolutely excellent work. Praise the Lord! FYI--The doors were ordered back on January 23, 2017 Thanks much--

I enjoy shopping here. the staff is always so helpful even when i do not ask for their help. Home Depot has good product and mostly competitive prices from what i have seen. Home Depot also gives a Military discount.

As a retired Facility Manager for the Department of Justice, supervising construction and maintenance of large commercial complexes, I have seen and experienced most of what the building trades are tasked to accomplish and manage. Additionally, I’ve been responsible for supervising departments in the building trades in excess of 150 employees and from my perspective in the trades, you have an exceptional (model) store in Willmar, MN. In my opinion, the way this store conducts its business is better than most of the Menards, Lowes, or for that matter, other Home Depot stores I’ve ever been in. I realize management sets the tone and leads the team and I look forward to one day meeting the person responsible for the store’s overall success. As an anecdote and example of my last experience at the Willmar store, I provide the following: While purchasing supplies in the store on 3/15/17, I was approached by a young employee named Jaylen. He was eager to help me locate my supplies and helped load them onto my cart, all the while, expressing a positive attitude and engaging personality. What surprised me the most, however, was when he voluntarily accompanied me to the checkout and then came outside to help me load my truck. (I hope one day to see his picture on the store’s bulletin board for dedicated employee.) Overall, with the store’s bathrooms as clean as a restaurant’s, well presented and maintained inventories, staff that know their products, and an overall commitment to customer care, this store definitely rates an A+. Over the years, I’ve seen a lot in my career in the commercial building industry and this store is head and shoulders above the competition. What’s more, the staff of the Willmar store are as caring as the people I go to church with. Please convey my sincere appreciation to the management staff and the dedicated store employees that make our jobs in the industry so much easier. I wish them all, success and happiness. Thomas A. Neat and clean store with polite knowledgeable employees. They will help with the small details such as what LED light bulb will work best in a garage. They will help with the larger items such as drawing out a shed and helping find the materials, to loading it on the truck.

The ladies in the paint department were so helpful! They offered ideas, helped with finding paint samples, so willing to take the time with me. Very pleasant. Seemed to enjoy their job! They remembered me from my previous visit! All clerks in the store were friendly, offering to assist.

These employees are consistently available and helpful. Smiles and courtesy! When I am sent in by my husband, they have never made me feel inadequate or stupid in finding some unique products. Store is always neat and organized. Bravo Home Depot Willmar! You are great.

I find that all the employees are friendly and courteous every time I go there. I also am able to check out fast due to the efficiency of the cashiers

Store is good for our location, the last time I was ther the checkout was the poorest Iv ever seen, younger guys, screwing around, talking in ther own language to other cashiers and not caring about the customers

Our experience at home depot in wilmar was wonderful. Erika who helped us was so friendly, and funny, and nice. Also her Manger john was also friendly and helpful. I have purchased many appliances over the years, but the service we received was the best I've ever had. They wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. You know you maybe spend too much time at Home Depot when just about every employee knows your name or where you are at on your next project. My husband and I enjoy the staff at this Home Depot. We've even gotten help from an employee who was on their day off. Always helpful!

I NEVER have bad assistance at HD. The Willmar store was AWFUL! I went to buy 7 cold asphalt in 50# bags. The "MALE" assist was embarrassing to me. After I finally found the asphalt, MYSELF...the MALE associate just stood there watching me struggle with putting the 7 - 50# bags in the carts! GOOD THING I'm a strong 50+ female!! I'm sticking to the Chaska and St Cloud stores from now on!

I got help within 5 min. of entering a department. Also got good advice.
