Was very pleased this location had 3/4" wood dowels in stock, whereas competitor stores did not. The price was also very reasonable. I was able to complete my home project. The Cashier, Holly, was friendly and very efficient. Thanks !

My husband and I have been making a lot of changes to our home in preparation for hopefully selling this year. We've have begun saying that Home Depot is our home away from home and jokingly tell friends and relatives that everyone waves and says "hi" when we walk in. Not true but I think some of the employees would say we look sort of familiar to them. We always have a list of things to get at Home Depot lying on the kitchen counter. It's an ongoing thing. I've never met a rude employee there. Speaking of employees, we have to sometimes track down one to get assistance or stand in line to ask our questions. They are always busy; no loafers there. The guys in the paint department are great and it always amazes me when I ask an employee a question how much they know about things in the store. I've learned a lot from them about how to properly go about my home repair projects. I like the selection available at the store, too. When an aisle is closed it's as though there is a police presence. Employees are very careful to keep shoppers clear of the machines moving heavy things around. They greet you, are concerned about your safely. I feel safer IN the store than I do getting TO the store from home. Here's an idea to improve all Home Depot stores: little electric scooters for everyone! The store is big and it always seems to happen that the two items we go in for are at opposite ends of the store. We would be among the many old folks who would vote for this, given the chance. Also, in addition to the handicapped parking spaces and contractor parking, can you have a few close ones with signs reading "For the generally tired old folks population"? I'm sure we Baby Boomers out-number the rest. Just saying.

Great people work there alway helpful if I need assistance or if I am just walking around looking for more stuff to buy lol.

Willow Grove customer and floor team service has improved. Although I usually use self-service, this time I needed extra support and found it to be thorough and helpful

I have been a contractor for over 25 years. While at home I have been a loyal Lowe's customer, but while out of town two plus hours on a three month project the Willow Grove store was a saving grace. Many thanks to both the pro desk. The cashier's at the contractor entrance, and the pro loader. These people should be recognized for their outgoing personalities and their focus on customer service. I went to Home Depot after a scary experience happened in my home requiring me to get my locks changed. When I saw the price of locks my heart sank - my locks at home were practically brand new and to have to spend hundreds of dollars to replace them was heart breaking. John T. told me to go home and bring my locks back and he would help me change the bolts for a fraction of the cost. He helped me change both locks and assisted me with getting new keys. After a terrible day I honestly feel as if I found an angel at Home Depot. He went above and beyond his job requirements to help a frightened young woman. I will solely continue to shop and Home Depot because of John T. Good people still exist.

Store is great-The employee provided help and escorted me to product!--Love the store's Christmas decor-located a holiday yard stake-love it and only had to search one store to find it! Your store had just what i wanted!

This store has a super helpful team. I always have a great experience when I need their advice or recommendations on repair products. If you are a DIY'er, this is the place to go.

Store was incredibly clean, staff was amazing. Cashier Stephen was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Dan in plumbing was extremely helpful ! He was interested in the project that I was doing and even taught me some new plumbing vocabulary! He helped me find everything I needed and to make sure that I knew how to use everything for when I got home. My project with something other than a typical plumbing project I instead was using different materials from the plumbing department to make an adapted chair for a child with special needs I'm looking forward to showing Dan the finished product that I couldn't have completed without his help. Thank you Dan!!!

I shop at different stores but this one is the best by far. They are friendly and will help you in anyway possible.

I have been shopping at Home Depot since it opened in Willow Grove. I always go to Home Depot to purchase my construction materials and supplies. They always have what I need in stock.

If going into the floor dept or need a new appliance you need to see Cheryl she is extremely help an very good to work with! I purchased my new floor with her an will be back to see her for my kitchen appliances An any other item I might need, also I live 20 miles away from this store an pass one on the way !!!

I live near a home depot in my community but I chose to drive the extra miles to go to the Willow Grove store because they are always ready to serve you with the biggest smile I have ever seen. Great please to do business.

Ed from the paint department was able to save me a lot of money and frustration by fixing a color match. He was extremely helpful and explained what he was doing each step. I am very appreciative that he was there today and able to fix what I thought wasn't going to be possible.
