The store is well organized but with a little to much product in the aisles, The employees were very knowledgeable in helping me complete my online purchase when product was not available in the store.

Every time I enter this store I am greeted by a friendly face. Customer service women are awesome. I'm usually there on weekends and if I am returning items , these women are so helpful and extremely friendly. Almost every aisle has another employee there to helping.

Charlie Brown is the best employee working the floor at any store I've ever used, including Lowes. He has helped me over and over again.

Quick and easy visit. Found what I came for and checked out quickly. Gave me more time to get home and get this project started,

Store was well laid out. Items were easy to find. Price comparison showed home depot had best price on the exterior lockset needed for repair. Help was quickly available. Checkout was fast and efficient.

I recently moved near this Home Depot and have been very impressed with the assistance provided by the store associates. From the cashiers, to customer service, to rental associates, to other staff members, every interaction has been pleasant *and* helped me to achieve my goal of each particular visit. So thankful that my closest HD is such a great one!

A special “THANK YOU” to Elizabeth - Cashier EX05806 - Store 8440 - Miller Rd., Wilmington, DE -- I loaded my car & left my purse in the shopping cart :-( I travelled 5 miles when I realized that I didn't have my purse. My new cell phone, wallet, credit cards, driver’s license and $600 Christmas shopping $$'s were in it. Liz saw the purse in the cart about the same time another woman had put it over her shoulder like it was her purse. Liz got the purse and took it to the office. When I arrived, she took me to the office where everything was untouched in my purse. The store manager was looking up my address up on his GPS to deliver the purse to my home. I was shaking until I got back to the Home Depot. I knew if Liz had my purse, it was safe, but driving back, I didn't know where I left it. There was a detour on my route which made my ride even more stressful. I want to thank Liz for being observant and for her quick action. SHE MADE MY DAY and is an asset to your organization. A special "thank you" to the store manager too for attempting to deliver my belongings. I am very happy with the way the whole situation was handled!

Store has lots of options for remodeling. Also excellent carpet selections.

Everyone that I came in contact with was very helpful! I was able to purchase all the items that I needed to complete my home repair project. I'm very glad that Home Depot has caring employees, that are willing to go that extra mile to help. Thank you, Bill Simpson

Great Customer Service, Clean Store, Found everything I needed

Associates are always helpful and proactive in helping customers. Cashiers are pleasant and volunteer to assist. Store is well-lit, clean and always stocked. Employees seem content. Management must be doing a good job.
