The associate that assisted me was stupendous! He not only helped me find what I was looking for, but explained different products and made sure I got the best one for my needs. He even made sure my paint was mixed before I left the department. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly: what every associate should be like!

Store was clean and associates are very kind and helpful.

Was in the store shopping for items to repurpose an old crib, and though I'm convince the associate that helped me thought I was out of my mind, he was quick to offer assistance in helping me find what I needed. The staff here is always so nice! A+ customer service!

It can be overwhelming when you go into a store that offers so much. Although we did not have a huge purchase we were very pleased with the help we received. We were offered assistance on a weed killer by a gentleman, we did not get his name. He was so very helpful. AND checkout, which is never a good experience because you have to part with money, was a pleasant experience due to Ritania, (RXA2304) She was so sweet, so kind, so pleasant. We appreciate that kind of service. Employees at Home Depot know their stuff and really know how to treat their customers.Thank you!

The store was clean and well arranged. Easily read labeling. Product was easy to find as long as you know what you're looking for. Have been to this store several times, the hours are much better than anything local to my house. All around, great experiences every time I come to this store.

The associates at this store are not well trained and do not know the products very well nor the location of them. The associates tried to help me during my last two visits, but did not know the product inventory nor could they answer basic questions regarding the items that I purchased. One associate took 10 minutes to find a simple product in the lawn and garden area. I have had poorly trained associates try to help me for the past couple of years at this store.

LOOKING FOR ELECTRICAL SUPPLIES THIS TIME. ASSOCIATES GUIDED ME RIGHT TO WHAT I NEEDED AND HELPED ME PICK OUT THE BEST ITEMS FOR MY PROJECT.

We just bought a new house so we have a lot of outdoor projects we want to accomplish and this store has everything we need! Today an associate, Abigail, went in search of an item I couldn't find and then also helped me load my vehicle with heavy bags of mulch and stones!

went in and looking for hardware for inside stairway railing and went through store. i was asked immediately if i needed help but i wanted to try to find it myself but couldnt find it so then asked and once they took me to isle, i was like i should have known to look there. so thankful for home depot

I was looking around wondering where to find shelves I could put up easily. An associate noticed my wondering nature; asked specific questions to know the type of shelf and what I was going to do then he walked me directly to where the shelves I wants was. The experience was very nice

David & Steve were so helpful. As soon as I was in the aisle that they were stocking they immediately asked if I need any help. As I talked to them for a few minutes I learned they were both on the night crew that stocked products. I felt honored as they did offer help and were very friendly. David & Steve should be recognized for their willingness to help as most of time when I come into this Hope Depot I cant find anyone with an orange vest. But this trip I walked out of Home Depot happy & with exactly what I needed. Thank you David & Steve! You two are some of the most considerate night crew workers I have met.
