Visited the store several times; but this time was very different. Always looking for associates for help; I always seem to have to go look for one. This time... an associate approached me and ask if I needed assistance and what. He took me straight to that department. He made such an impression that I applied for a Home Depot credit card. The young man's name is David Santana. I'm a retired Wal-Mart CO-manger of 14 years and I know what customer service is all about. Please keep this valuable associate.

Pete from Hardware was so helpful and helped me with my project of building a small shelf, it's intimidating when you don't know much about building items yourself, but Pete was amazing and so helpful . And Evelen the Supervisor was so helpful kind and made my day by helping me out with what I needed. People like them need to be appreciated and I thank them very much.

2 associates helped me. One helped me find an appropriate lawn mower and the other one got a cart, the lawn mower, took me to the register and mounted it in my car. I would have not been able to purchase what I needed without their help.

I had no problem locating item I wanted to purchase loaded them on cart Paid for item put them on truck.The cashier was very friendly tried to find some one to help me load the truck I guess the were busy did not show up so I loaded them myself.The only reason I asked if any ony one was available I am 81 yrs old.

The Store was ok & Clean but since I'm handicap it is hard not to locate someone to help Me. Instead of going all the way up to the cashier counter then have to go back to where I was at. Instead I don't buy anything

Did remodeled my bath tub to walk in shower First time trying to do this job .associate was very helpful when I had Questions and needed help .. I'm encourage to do more work on my Home my self . Next step is to tile rest room and change out sink ..

Store associates always quick to help if not with other customer. Like to see more of cross department know how for quick custormer in and out.

We were looking for a specific product and finding it was a breeze. We inquired about another item with a sales associate. Even though she was engaged in something else, she immediately stopped what she was doing and acknowledged us. She was very friendly and knew exactly where to direct us. It was a very pleasant trip.

I was looking for a new refrigerator to replace my home model that was not working correctly. I viewed several brands online at different stores that sold refrigerators. I decided I wanted to view a LG and a Samsung. I visited the Windsor Park store three times before I made my final decision today. I spoke to the same lady associate, who was very professional and knowledgable - she should be promoted - before purchasing a Samsung French door Showcase 29.5 cu. ft.

Each time I go to this store I am greeted with very friendly, knowledgeable associates like Mr. Mark Flores who is eager to help me find what I need. I always receive help in just a matter of minutes of walking into the store, and I appreciate that as I am usually rushed in my project and don't have a lot of time to wander around looking for items.
