Clean store , friendly employee's, would recommend store to family and friends

I came in to replace the handle of my sledgehammer. Kendale Washington, an employee here, watched a video, which showed a surprising number of steps, and completed the whole job. He was patient and good-natured. I am no handyman, but I know I can be set right by the staff at Home Depot. This confidence is the reason I come back.

Excellent staff who really want to help you find what you are looking for and they are knowledgeable about the products.

Great location and associates. The store is well stocked and clean.

Personnel is helpful in helping to find items and really helpful in helping to load items like cement or plywood. Two people makes it a lot easier and you can be on your way to get the job done.

I saw an ad for a wheelbarrow on TV and stopped to check it out. The price had already been reduced by $20. I plan to get my son's truck and get down to get it next weekend. Very nice store, helpful folks and things were easy to find. I will definitely shop this store again!

Associates are always helpful, unlike the other lumber store. Fast service and will help you load heavy items that are hard to handle by yourself. I will definitely return to this store to shop!!

The Employees at the University Winston Salem store at TOP NOTCH GREAT People!!! We are always greeted and assisted in the is store. At the Lowes store just across the bridge the employees run from customers on a regular basis and ignore request for assistance. We do 99.9% of all our home improvement shopping at this store. Thank you for such great customer service!!!
