While I was not able to get the product I wanted in the color I needed, the Sales Associate-Brent was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to try to make us happy and was easy to talk with. I would recommend this store just on the experience we had with Brent.

I made a purchase this morning and forgot to present my 10% off coupon. I returned to the store later in the day and asked the associate if she would honor the 10% coupon from the earlier purchase. To my delight the associate gave me the refund, no hassles. I was pleased. Feeling like I had some found money, I used some of my refund to by a ticket for the $235 million Mega Millions jackpot. Hopefully you will see me on the evening new collecting my millions.

Our experience at Home Depot was very enjoyable. We weren't shadowed or bothered by the service people and when we needed to ask a question, there wasn't a delay or anything finding someone. The checkout person (Wendy) was very helpful and knowledgeable. It made to overall experience much better and we ended up purchasing other things that we needed but didn't come in for because of the great prices.

I love everything about this store. Items are easy to find and if I ever do need something I cannot locate, a Home Depot Associate is always ready and willing to help me, usually before I even realize I need help. I have never been in the University Pkwy store and thought it was messy, even at Christmas, when things get very hectic. I also appreciate the Military Discount with NO hassle. My husband has his ID ready for them to check, they thank him for his service to our Country and we get a wonderful 10% discount. I tell everyone to come to Home Depot!

I visit this store often,it is always Hot in the store, I end up leaving before I can get everything that I need. If yall would cut the air contine on it would help out a lot.

The store was clean, sometimes I have trouble getting help loading items into my cart and vehicle due to my disability. Most of the time, the employees are willing to help.

All associate's I have had contact with are awesome! Helpful beyond even my belief at times!

Had problems getting a new dishwasher installed (not Home Depot's fault) and ultimately had to cancel installation of new dishwasher. Sherry helped me by working to get the 15% restocking fee waived ($73). Very much appreciated by this 60 yr old disabled person with a limited income.

The people in the lawn and garden department were very helpful and quick to offer assistance when moving bales of pine straw.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. The atmosphere is relaxing. The store is bright and the associates are friendly. I usually find what I am looking for when I visit Home Depot.

Upon entering the lawn and garden dept. I was met by an assoc.. and directed to the dept. mgr. for added assistance. Mgr. was extremely helpful and was instrumental in my decision to purchase at Home Depot.

I needed help finding some plants and had no idea where to start. Store employees were right there to help, and even though they did not have what I wanted, I found a great substitute.
