I have been very remiss in not writing sooner to let you know that Tim in the Flooring department of the Home Depot in Woodbury, MN truly puts the "We can help" in the Home Depot slogan! Tim is professional, knows what he's talking about, and always gives 100%. Being it was my first time tiling Tim walked my wife and me through the many projects we wouldn’t have figured out, had it not been from his deep knowledge, patience and strong ability to effectively communicate complex tasks. I now know the difference between porcelain and ceramic tile, sanded and non-sanded grout, the various mortars and adhesives along with the abundant tools available. My wife and I also attended one of his classes, in which he excelled in ensuring everyone who attended felt confident in completing their home improvement task. Purely to due to Tim my wife and I spent every penny of our remodel project at the Woodbury Home Depot even though we live in Cottage Grove and a Mendard’s is much closer. The many trips have paid off tenfold, in knowing our jobs were done right the first time. To exemplify the significance of Tim’s help this is the first employee review I have ever submitted. Kim Larson in the Woodbury, MN location was extremely knowledgable regarding the refrigerator and washing machine purchase. Samsung products with high consumer ratings and very good pricing.

Deb in customer service was extremely helpful. I had an issue with an online order and returned some items and purchased others. She was fantastic in executing the transaction quickly and was at ease with the seemingly complex number of items that were transacted.

I always have such a good experience at this store. Associates are always there to help and they know their stuff. I had a very bad experience at a competitor recently. I'l never shop anywhere else again.

As a contractor, I prefer Menards over Home Depot. Home Depot price matches and offers a better selection of tile which is why I was brought to Home Depot. When ordering a large quantity of tile for a large upcoming job it was frustrating to guide the associate through the qty of grout/mortar I would need along with tile qty - isnt this what they are for? Also I requested the tile and items be loaded on a pallet ready for pick up at a later date and set time. Then when we arrived to pick up the pallet - it took over 45min for them to locate said pallet!!! Overall very frustrating experience and will continue to keep Menards as my main store for materials.

Was able to find what I needed without problem. I like that everyone who works there is associated with a trade so your questions are able to be answered.

I always go there because of the in store lumber yard.

Like variety that store carries and convient hours

Had a great time visiting Woodbury store 2 times on July 4, 1st visit we bought some product in the paint department, very helpfull and friendly. We were looking for a fridgerator and stove. Very knlowlegable and friendly staff. Then we checked out and had a very nice person Wendy at the counter. Thank you for that visit. Visit 2 later in the day we came back to the appliance section and purchaced them. Thank you again to the Gentalman that helped us out and set up outr delivery.

I like the help provided at this store over Menards.

It was easy to find what I was lookng for. Several Sales Associates were on the floor and available if I had questions. Store was clean and organized.

We purchased a GE dehumidifier. Although we were looking for a Frigidaire brand, your employee was very knowledgeable about the product you did have. She was enthusiastic and positive. It was very helpful. So far we are pleased with our purchase and our experience at your store. Thank you.

The store was clean and well-lit. The Mobile App showed me exactly where the items I wanted to find were, and they were there - well-displayed and tagged. Checkout was quick and easy.

If you have ever tried to get help in Menards, you will know why we are coming back to Home Depot. We needed a new lawn mower. Went to our local Menards but no one thought it was worth while to help us. They walked past as we were trying to figure out the options but never even acknowledged us. We walked out. We came to Home Depot and as we walked in, a greeter asked us if he could help us find what we were looking for. The lawn mowers were right in front of us and within a minute or so Pierre came over and helped us. He was patient, thorough, and had answers for all our concerns. When we decided what we wanted, he took us to the checkout (Steve was awesome too) and then found someone to load it into our car. What is really impressive to me, this is the way your team treats everyone. This is the normal way of doing business. Thank you for believing in excellence and living up to that belief.

Store was easy to locate the product that I was looking for

Always greeted when you enter the store and always somebody was available when I have questions.

Very happy to receive the help from Paula the minute I got to the store. Found my product and was able to get on my way quickly. I have shopped this store for years and have always been happy with the help.

Anything I need to do to my house, I know I'll get it from Home Depot..

The Woodbury store is well laid out for a professional tradesperson to get in and out in a flash. The fasteners are easy to fine and arranged in a manner that makes sense. The Home depot has great pricing and quantities that make sense for every job

When I entered the store I asked for help from a person that would be very knowledge about about shower heads. The desk person called for someone to meet me and told me exactly where to go to meet with that employee. As soon as I got to the area, the employee was there. He listened patiently to my problem, went to the computer to check out the product brand and to see what my options were. He said he enjoyed this part of his job and I felt very comfortable with his ability. He resolved my problem within a reasonable length of time.

Andy in the lumber yard was friendly and helpful! Reese at the cahiering station was also friendly and helpful.

Customer service is very important as I am a business owner. Home depot associates certainly meet the criteria.........

The cashier Taylor was very positive and engaging. Fantastic customer service! There was also a guy with glasses and a neat beard/mustache combo who was able to direct me to a pretty obscure product from memory.

The store was very clean, had great paint displays and the paint desk associates were so friendly as well as extremely helpful.

I usually do my research for what I need at home to get things done, I like homedepot.com because of the details it provides and customers feedback on the items you are looking at. Orange is also my favorite color and I'm loving the Ridgid tools exclusively sold at homedepot.

It's always fun shopping at Home Depot and seeing what new products have come out. Store emplyees are so friendly and helpful.
