In this last year it is obvious there has been a remarkable improvement in both the attitude and willingness to help a customer in the store. I have been pleasantly surprised by the overall change in attitude of sales representatives in this store.

Everyone is great and I always find everything I need.

I wouldnt consider myself Mrs. Fix-it. I'll try easy home repair but often need help. I always find friendly and helpful associates at the Woodrige store.

A quick 5-minute run ( it would be even quicker if there weren't so many police cars waiting in side streets) is all it takes to get whatever we need for home or garden jobs. The Home Depot is also great about returning purchases made online.

I don't have many options on locations when I need to purchase bulk construction materials for my home improvement projects. I love that Home Depot provides rental trucks, which are by far the best trucks provided by any home improvement store (eg. Mendards). However, the lack of knowledge and available department associates makes most of my experiences at this location frustrating. I also find the lack of knowledge at the registers frustrating too. Many of the items that I purchase do not have the correct skew or prices, and it usually takes 2 or 3 associates to help the register associate locate the correct number. I do love Home Depot. Their prices are bit higher and their overall section limited compared to Menards, but location sometimes takes preference over driving a half hour further out of my way.

This store always has friendly knowledge associates willing to help! Every thing is always organized. Ive listened to the bilingual associates help other customers in the store and you can tell that they care. Keep up the good work!!!

Rachel the Lawn and Garden cashier was quite prompt in getting me assistance I needed to get 20 bags of marble rocks.

Clean store and set up pretty much like every other home depot. Had everything I needed and I was in and out.

The plants were beautiful and ready to be planted. The store associate was not helpful. He gave me upside down tomato cages instead of Topsy Turvy Tomato Planters.
