I've had very enjoyable plant and tree shopping in the garden center. The cashiers,floor employees and vendors are all helpfull with tip's,moving and loading plants and always with a smile.

Was glad to see this store open, but have been disappointed with selection and choice of products. Hours are short, and Pro doors locked more than an hour before store closes. No sign by Pro door about not bringing pets into store. No sign telling doors locked.

Jim from appliance explained out problem and solved it with a ten dollar tool instead of a $400 installation. Its a great feeling to know there are experts at Home Depot who can explain things so I can understand simply and clearly. Thank you, Jim.

Came to shop flowers for my flower bed. Was able to find easy parking, good choice of plants at resonable prices and was checked out quickly and back on my way home. Good job!

I have shopped at Home Depot for over 15 years. The staff at the Yorkville store are competant., friendly and professional. If one staffer does not know an answer to my question - they find another who can. I have been in the construction field, and a home fixer-upper for 30 years and Home Deopt is always my first stop for home improvement needs.

I went to buy a sheet of plywood on a Saturday at 8:30pm at the Yorkville store. The parking lot seemed very empty. The story itself seems very empty. There were no associates in the lumber department to help me out. I needed a sheet of plywood to be cut. None of the other associates who approached me were certified to operate the panel saw. I had to wait over half and hour for a certified associate to help me cut the sheet. I was told that the lumber associates were gone for the night. The department still had some cleaning and flat stacking to do, with over an hour left for the store to close. The other associated kept apologizing. It seems outrageous to be waiting over 30 minutes just for a sheet of plywood to be cut due to lack of certified associates to operate a saw. I suggest more associates should be trained and certified to operate a panel saw to prevent this kind of unpleasant experience.

Finishing a basement and looking to stain the concrete floors. Found a Behr rep at the store who was able to walk me through the complete project. Excellent customer service.

We are somewhat senior citizens, 70 and 55 year olds, and have a few things to work on in our new manufactured home. So we spent our Friday evening going down each isle at the local (yorkville, IL) Home Depot, in search of anything on sale to spruce up the little place. We were in there about an hour and spotted many things that my lovely husband wanted. A big shed for the little back yard and a big tool for his ever aging and shrinking hands. But we ended the evening spending all of 9 dollars on a paintbrush and some kind of spakel or something. Just a little something to keep him busy for the next few days. Everyone at Home Depot treated us like we were old freinds. Laughing and talking and having fun on a Friday night. Now we are home and tucking in tightly...filling out a survey in hopes of winning the that gift card to buy that big shed or maybe that big tool! Oh well...good night all. We are exhasted from all that fun.

I almost always end up at Home Depot after searching for items or asking about procedures elsewhere. Associates are very helpful and friendly and definitely know what they are selling. The store is logically organized with more variety of products.

UPON ENTERING STORE, GREETER KNEW EXACTLY WHERE ALL THE ITEMS I NEEDED WERE LOCATED AND DIRECTED ME EXACTLY WHERE I NEEDED TO GO. VERY HELPFUL.

My visit was to purchase a LG LT700P replacement water filter. I was very glad to see they had the product readily available because even though the store in Aurora on Orchard Road shows there are 5 in their inventory the associates are clueless about the location of the product. Same thing happened 6 months ago when I went to purchase the filter. You'd think that in 6 months they would somehow be found.

Another visit another project, but at least your employee recognized the garage door extension kit that completed missed last time. Unfortunately, the 50$ kit for a 200$ door opener kind of stunk. So I didn't buy it. Maybe some other day, but the rest of the store is always helpful.
