Always a pleasure to shop at the Home Depot in Yucca Valley. Even when something goes wrong the people are always willing to make it right and they do their best to remedy the situation.

Store is always clean, well lighted. Sometimes stock is low or an item is unavailable, but associates are always willing to check the stock or order items. Sometimes it is hard to find an associate to help, but that's because they're helping other customers. When I do find someone, they are always extremely helpful and pleasant.

All associates at this store are friendly and helpful!

Absolutely a great experience. The people who work here have the best customer service of any home depot I have been to. They go above and beyond their requirements and make you feel welcome at the store. Definitely recommend and will only go to this store from now on.

Really enjoy the convenience of this store. However, customer service needs improvement. During several visits, I have not seen store staff present when shopping. Impossible to ask questions or get assistance if employees are not available to help.

This store has great employees for the most part. Most of them will bend over backwards to help you whether it results in a sale for the store or not. There are a few "lazies" as is the case everywhere, but they are a teeny-tiny minority at this store. Home Depot, the mega-corporation chain store, is not so great. They carry low quality products at high quality product prices so this is a problem at this store like every other in the chain. Fortunately for the Home Depot Yucca Valley, they have no real competition having put the other hardware stores in the area out of business by offering lower prices than could the local Ma-Pa hardware stores. Still when time is not an issue I always buy big ticket or quantity products online. I get MUCH higher quality at the same or lower price even with shipping and usually only have to wait a few days to get what I want.

Completely satisfied once again. I am a handyman at my house. I do most minor repairs, like repairing irrigation leaks and replacing toilet valves. With the help of department employees, I have been able to find exactly what I need to complete my projects. The staff at Home Depot are very helpful and courteous. I feel they are concerned that I have all that I need to get the job done, and done correctly. I am impressed with the quality of service and quantity of products at Home Depot.

I shop in homedepot stores all up and down the pacific coast and your store has some of the most helpful employees I've ever encountered . Hailey has been very helpful she even got me to sign up for a company homedepot card . Now the #1 employee has to be Pam she's always goes out of her way to help everyone 110% . There's aft employees I've come in contact with this store that are great for the store but #1 asset to this store has to be PAM......... One bad thing in this store has been a few short tool items had to get other home depot from local stores back home but over all best customer service thank you .

Sometimes it's hard to find employees in the different departments. I have found a cashier who is always a big help and never seems to have off days. Helene helps me find things I need. Also makes suggestions if the store doesn't have a particular item. And she goes out of the way to mention other stores in area that might have what I need. Never discimative towards any one and works hard and FAST and efficient! The new store manager is cool. Most of the garden department employees are very helpful too. Anna was extremely helpful and busted her butt helping with loading my stuff.

Products are easy to find, I was able to get assistance at the time I needed it, the story was very clean, and the employees were very helpful and friendly.

I've been buying from the Yucca Valley Home Depot for about 4 years now. I shop there several times a month. Paint, fence materials, plumbing supplies, you name it, I buy it. I've had 2 or 3 good experiences, and lots of bad ones. Why do I keep shopping there? They are close, and there isn't a Lowes close by. For Major Purchases, I plan a trip to Palm Springs. For specific items, I order from Amazon. At the Yucca Valley Home Depot, I take my chances, and I know it's a risk every time I shop there. Don't ask them to cut lumber for you unless you plan to re-cut it (straight) when you get to your job site. The staff generally has no clue about the products, and are not interested in helping you find anything. I say generally, because I've met a couple of employees there are were actually helpful.

Had and always have a great time at my Home Depot... Staff is kind and helpful even when understaffing at times occur... I make lots of trips to this store and the people there are consistent with quality of assistance to all customers.. KUDO's Yucca Valley Home Depot!

Associates are always happy and helpful. However, need small hand baskets to transport the little stuff. They have a tenancy to fall off the carts or through the grate in the shopping carts.

Out overall experience with the review, selection and purchase of a major kitchen appliance was painless and thorough. Although the particular make and model of refrigerator I had wished to purchase was not available, the sales associate did show me a better model for about the same price with more features. My only disappointment was the confusion and lack of proper telephone coordination with the delivery. There is a couple of "bugs" in that system.

I always find what i need and the employees are extremely helpful. i bought paint there last month and the gentleman in the paint dept.. was so helpful. he told me what i needed and it turned out great.

Everybody wants to help you! I am a college professor building a house. Yeah, right! I know nothing about the building trade! I couldn't match a sink with a faucet without help--and I got it at this Home Depot.

For the most part he store has everything I need. Plumbing seems to have a shortage of some items and no longer carries the contractor pack of some of the fittings, forcing me to buy the more expensive singles. I will on occasion go to my plumbing wholesaler when I need larger quantities. One thing I don't like is the Walmart/Dollar store items. (do we really need water balloon fillers?)

We bought a house in the area and went through three phases of remodeling, both interior and exterior over a 15-month period. We used this Home Depot store for most of the materials, from floor tiles, to kitchen cabinets, interior and exterior paints, bathroom vanities and fixtures, ceiling fans/lights, garden blocks, and fencing. We had great service for custom orders and large orders for delivery. Erin, the Customer Service Desk manager, along with Bill and Andrew, were always very helpful in placing and picking up orders. We also had several returns of excess items or damaged items, and that process went smoothly, whether we had a receipt or not. The associates in the different departments have always been helpful in finding products we are looking for. The only 'poor' quality about this store, is the Outside Garden generally doesn't have the best selection of the desert plants we want, so we have to go out of the area to get them.

The supplies we needed to rent in order to do a small job were all available. The store employee made sure the equipment was working and everything needed on the machine.

Employees here usually go over and beyond the call of duty. I had an employee deliver concrete blocks to my house in his own truck after he got out of work when a Home Depot truck that I had reserved was unavailable because the previous customer hadn't returned it. Most of the employees here go out of their way to help you. The occasional employee is a slacker, but they don't tend to last long here.
