I would not use Bainbridge Home Depot for countertop installation period. The company they use are terrible. Rude installers and their manager is no better. Stay away from Custom Coastal Services in Tallahassee! Left half way through job and would not tell me when it would be finished. I have no usable kitchen.

It isn't what I buy, it's the service and support. Billy and the team at store #6959 do an amazing job of engaging with customers and keeping the store neat and well stocked. They always go over and above to make you feel welcome and get you what you need. Definitely not the typical big box experience - large selection with small town hospitality

The customer service at the Bainbridge HD needs improvement. A part was missing from a Kohler toilet that I purchased. They employees that I spoke with offered no help and refused to let me return the unused toilet.

We needed to get several items for a building project. The regular 8ft Sheetrock was out of stock but we got the other items. I’m rating the store as excellent due to the associate named Larry in the lumber department who assisted us from beginning to end. He is courteous, professional and really demonstrates a willingness to help the customer. It’s the employees that make or break a store and Larry is a definite asset to this Home Depot.

I’m very thankful for these young men. They really came to bat for me from the beginning to the end.

i shop at the Home Depot mostly every weekend, they always have the items i am looking for and always with cheerful attitude. Returned several items with ease. thank you i will continue to shop in Bainbridge store always.

Bert & Gabby always make sure my needs are met, If I can't locate an item they help and ask if I need further assistance. I highly recommend this store.

The washer had problems from the first use. It was a lemon! Home Depot salesperson was rude when I shared this information with her. The maintenance plans are so difficult to contact. It usually requires two hours of wait time to get through to a person for help, and the service never works out. I wish i had not paid for the maintenance plans that I have bought in the past.

I RECIEVED GREAT SERVICE

This Home Depot could be better if the employees would try to act a little respectful. Instead of showing prejudice in a small town where everyone is related to each other by blood or marriage. Some of these employees, especially online orders, act like the customers should pay $35 to have top soil delivered 15 minutes away.

Bainbridge Home Depot made it right after having a horrible experience with the online Home Depot services. Mrs. Parks and the manager on duty on September 21st were very helpful in helping me with buying a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Bainbridge Home Depot and its employees are Rock Stars!!!

Couldn't keep my place going without HD.

We are grateful for this well staffed store. We moved to Bainbridge 2 years ago from Florida. We have shopped in a lot of Home Depot’s over the years. This store is by far the absolute best! Well staffed, friendly, knowledgeable and all so helpful. Truly can’t say entirely good things about Bainbridge Home Depot. Love the store and staff!

I had an issue with an online appliance delivery and Billy, Renee and David, as well as Bianca have gone above and beyond to take care of us. They didn’t hesitate to help us and provide customer satisfaction to an issue that was not their fault. Wonderful people to deal with. Thank yall

I have never been in Home Depot in Bainbridge and was greeted by an associate, and asked if I needed any assistance. Most will pass by and not even acknowledge you.

Angela was on self-check today at the Bainbridge, Ga Store #6959 Angela was so sweet and helpful as she guided my husband and I through the checkout process and credit card application. I like the Home Depot in Bainbridge. Most people are friendly but you have some employees that literally don’t speak and will just have a i hate my job attitude. As a customer I feel they are there to assist customers with whatever is needed to make the sale and bring the customer back to the store. Regardless of what job title you hold in the store customer service is a must I believe. Two people stand out more than the whole store and I love when they are there. Burt is one of them always so kind and smiling. The other is Patty very friendly. I believe more customer service would keep the customers happy.
