Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Is there a tool sale for the 4th of July?

Enjoy the benefits of new appliances for years to come when you shop our 4th of July Appliance Sale. Find affordable upgrades on dishwashers, freezers, and refrigerators. If you're all set with appliances, you can also save on outdoor power equipment, grills, and tools. Be sure to catch our 4th of July Deals that run from June 16th to July 9th with our mobile app or in person at your local store.

Should I get an inverter generator or a portable generator?

Enjoy electricity in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors.

What types of moving boxes do you have?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

How can I prepare my home for severe thunderstorms?

Make certain your house is ready for severe storms by replacing any broken or faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. If water flows into the crevices, you could be in for a real headache. On the outside of your home, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that could let water in. Gutters should be functional and clear to prevent water from pooling on the roof. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be replaced if in poor condition.

Do you carry wireless or wired doorbell cameras?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a peephole or window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
