How do I track my purchases to unlock new tiers and benefits?

Progress toward unlocking your next tier each calendar year is tracked in your account as your Pro Xtra Loyalty Spend. To make sure every purchase gets accrued, scan your Virtual ID in store or log in to your Pro Xtra account during online checkout. Or register forms of payment on on the Cards & Account page of your account to track purchases.

How do I earn Perks?
A:
To unlock Perks, track your in-store and online purchases and then view your Perks Spend progress on the Perks page. If you have the Pro Xtra Credit Card registered to your account, your Perks Spend will include 4X the qualifying purchase value made with the card.

How do I redeem my rewards in-store?
A:
To redeem your Perks or Personalized Offers in-store, scan the bar code at self-checkout or ask any associate to apply the Perk or Offer at the register or Pro desk. Note: If you don't see a bar code, that Perk or Offer is only eligible for online purchases.

How do I redeem my rewards online?
A:
To redeem your Pro Xtra Dollars Perk online, you can apply it from the drop-down menu in the payment section at checkout. To redeem your Personalized Offers online, copy the code and apply it in the Promo Code section at checkout.

When do my tier benefits expire?
A:
You have a full calendar year to unlock your next tier. Once unlocked, you'll receive the benefits for the remaining calendar year and for the full subsequent calendar year.

When do my Perks expire?
A:
When you unlock a Perk threshold, you have 90 days to choose your reward. Once selected, Perks may have their own expiration period. See the details screen of each individual Perk.
