How much weight can each bar handle?
Hi, Thank you for your question! The hang bars can hold 15 lbs per linear foot.
Which shelves are fixed and which are adjustable? It says there are 2 adjustable and 4 fixed shelves. For ease of answering, let's call the top shelf (roof of the unit) #1, and go down.
Hi, Thank you for your question! This will depend on how you choose to build the unit, but the default build would put the adjustable shelves at #2 and #5.
Are the bottom side of the shelves also white? I bought the 12" Selectives cabinet system and the underside of each shelf was unfinished, leaving brown visible on the upper shelves. All other Selectives I have bought are white on the top and bottom.
They are only finished on one side. We out the top two upside down so you don't see the unfinished areas. Boyfriend is 6'1" and still works!
All Closet Maid shelves are white on both sides. I have not seen any that are not. Mike

What's the shortest measurement/length setting for the included hang rods? Can shorter hang rods than the ones that are included be purchased separately?
Hi, Thank you for your question! The hang rod measures 30 in. to 48 in. but can be cut to a smaller size if needed. At this time, we do not offer a smaller hang rod.
Does the selective series have a 5" deep by 16" drawer?
Hi, Thank you for your question! Our 16" Selectives towers only offer 10" deep drawers. Our 25" units are currently the only Selectives towers with a 5" drawer option.
Is this supposed to include the shelf support pegs? The video makes it seem like they are included but they are not listed on the materials list and were not in my kit.
Hi, Thank you for your question. This unit uses cam locks for the adjustable shelves instead of shelf support pegs. This will be the last step in the installation process.
Can I use the style+ drawers with the selectives 25" tower?

Can the shelf unit be ordered without the rods?
