Technically you can use this brush but baseboards are usually painted with a higher gloss paint, and this is not the best brush for those paints. For the best results on this type of project, use a brush like Trylon, which gives great results in higher gloss paints. Thanks,

I wouldn't reuse it
you can reuse it if you want to cut off bristles after cleaning. they bristles do curl and split extensively.
The recommendation is for one-time use. This is a very basic, entry-level quality brush and as such will stand up to repeated uses and cleanings. Individual experience will vary based on how hard the brush is used and how thoroughly it is cleaned afterwards. Thanks,
