They are slow growers they will grow but not too much taller.
how to care, how often to water, can you sprinkle?
It should should be watered once a day we use the mist setting on the hose once the water is running in from the plant into the try you are good to go. If you do not water once a day it will start to turn brown.

No, it's not recommended to keep this indoors.
How tall is this tree?
I recently bought one, they are 4 to 7 inches tall depending on tree type, some grow vertically and some grow horizontally. In my experience if you receive one growing vertically it will be between 6 and 7 inches tall. If you receive one growing horizontally it will be about 4 to 5 inches tall but 1 foot wide.
