Regarding your comment that "no bolt cap covers so you have these shiny silver bolt heads clearly visible on the outside frame of the chair.", it is likely that the screws are installed in the wrong direction. Can you send us some pictures (To homedepot@pellebant.com) so I can verify my guess and help you solve this problem. If you need bolt cap covers, I can send you some!
Also, these chairs are not stackable, they have adjustable backrests so that you can find a comfortable sitting/lying position.
What you received is a simple basic chaise lounge chair. The parts in the package are all labeled. The one you received was not labeled because of our factory process omissions and mistakes. We are very sorry. As for why the front legs of this chair are designed to be foldable, this is to reduce the assembly steps. The front legs can be directly unfolded without installation.
