Does this shower door have a smooth glide and a soft close? I went to a couple of HD stores, but there are no Vigo shower doors on display, so there's no way for me to tell.
Thank you for your interest in VIGO for your bathroom needs. The VG6041 shower door set has a smooth gliding shower door. We do have a model with soft close - VG6041-SC, but this is only available in 2 sizes 60" and 72", not for 68"..
Can this be installed on top of a bathtub?

Please measure the area and make sure that there is at least 2 inches of clearance space between the ceiling and the top of the door when installed. Also, we do not advise drilling into a tub. We recommend using epoxy on the bottom hardware, like the door bottom guide and fixed panel bottom clip. My shower door opening is 56 1/4”. I would like to use the 52-56” sliding frameless shower door instead of the 56-60 as it offers a wider entrance. I see “Approximate Max Installed Width (in.)” is 56”. Would that accommodate the 1/4” difference?
