Generally, it is not recommended to use wood products as a subfloor over a concrete slab. We recommend speaking with an experienced contractor regarding your specific project.

Worked great for flooring underlayment. 0.20 thickness provided good stability to floor. Used 1-inch staples to attach to existing wood subfloor and secured it fine.

                JUNK!!! STAY AWAY!!!
ABSOLUTE FRICKING GARBAGE! I've bought this exact product number for going on 5 years in a row at this time of year. Never before has it looked like this, it's always been a darker color on one side, and ever worse is the way this JUNK behaves! I cut this stuff down to 23x33 sheets for laser cutting easter figurines for a local church and this time, and with this JUNK, it looks like the stupid memes you find everywhere about wood purchased from the big box stores! Looks like a pretzel after cutting it down to 23x33 size and even more difficult to hold down on laser bed because of the way it wants to twist! $350 WASTED MONEY! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Todd - We are truly sorry for this experience. We strive to provide a great product for all our customers, and it sounds like historically we have been able to do that for you, but a recent batch of material did not measure up. Over the past year there have been some adjustments with our supply due to various import challenges. If new product more closely matching your past successful purchases are not currently in your local store, you will be seeing it soon as we continue to demand the same from our suppliers. Taraca

                  good product , then
Sirs : For the past 4 years about twice a month I have been purchasing underlayment from your Pueblo store #1511 and have been satisfied with both the product and the service. Until today I purchased 5 - 4x8 sheets of the 5mm underlayment and requested help at the panel saw , as I have for the past 4 years. The young lady at the cash register immediately sent a text requesting help for me and I went back to the saw. After a few minutes a Floor manager was moving items about and asked if I had been helped , I told him that I was waiting for assistance and that the folks at the cash register had sent a text. The floor manger said -- let me get someone for you -- and he did. This is where it went south. The gentleman that showed up had an attitude as if I had personally called him out for not responding to the text, asked what I wanted and when I told him how my order is usually handled. He informed me that he had been a contractor for the past 30 years and would do it his way and proceeded to load the sheets from the wrong end. AND if I did not like how he was doing it I could find someone else . And that he had all his in his truck with him at all time and that he was tired of cutting complete projects for customers . ( I have the sheets cut to 19.2 , that = 4 cuts of 19.2 with the fall off measuring, 19.2 inches that I then take home and further process then to 19.2 x 12 inches ) After fuddling about with a clamp from the rip saw to use as a stop he realized that with the requested 19.2 inch cuts he would need to remove the clamp after every cut instead just lining the ends up cutting and stacking . shift the sheets to the proper end lines them up and Makes the first cut , did not attempt to minimize shredding of the cut ends by pressing the sheets together, did not allow the blade to stop or separate the sheets for blade clearance and released the handle allowing it to retract at full speed shredding the edges more. He seemed surprised that the fall off was 19.2 inches. given this information there is 1 of 3 possibilities 1) His entire carrier as a contractor was in concrete as he does not know how to cut plywood. 2) He was not a contractor. 3) his actions were deliberate

I purchased this plywood to cover my front window after a windstorm caused a pine tree in my backyard to fall onto the roof of my house, shattering my front window. This piece of plywood helped to keep the cold, wet weather out of my house and to keep my heating bill within reason.

panels were in the room and mildewed
I bought these to use for the underlayment before I put down the new flooring. These were recommended by the sales person at Home Depot, it all mildewed before I could use them.

I just need a copy of the receipt, a pic of the mildew on the panel and if possible the information from the label on the back. Taraca

                        This stuff is crap
The veneer lifted off of the panels as soon as I started to work with them. This is crap--the worse plywood I've ever worked with and I have over 40 years experience as a finish carpenter and cabinetmaker.

                          Delaminating edges
Bought this as a economical alternative to luan and am very disappointed. Some edges are delaminating and soft which is not good for a glue down vinyl plank installation. Will have to cut out the soft spots and fill with Ardex.
