Can this be used on the exterior of a front door? If so, how long until the door can be closed?

It does take up to 72 hours for the stain to completely cure, so I'd suggest waiting as long as possible before closing the door, because it can be easier to chip before the stain has cured. Can I apply this over wood on my pergola that is currently painted white? Will it cover it?

How long in between the two coats do I need to wait? Or can I apply the second coat right after the first or do you want the first coat to dry ? Also, this is going on a deck even the floor. Do I need to put any primer down?
Hi Jeff, thank you for your questions. The second coat can be applied after the first coat has dried for at least 6 hours. A primer is not needed for most projects. However, that is recommended for "bleeding" woods like redwood, cedar, and cypress if you'll be using a pastel color. In that case, we advise priming the wood with our Multi-Surface Primer. Can this be used on a sanded swing set? I believe the wood is cedar
