The 220 grit is a good option if the tile is not shiny/glossy because using it to remove a scratch may dull the surface in that area. I wouldn't recommend it. Depending on how deep the scratch is it many not be fixable without an epoxy coating, Otherwise you might try a 600 - 1000 grit watersand sand paper with water to polish the surface.
