Can this handle be keyed to match a schlage deadbolt so you only have 1 key?
You can order your locks to be "Keyed To" by providing your key code to the retailer. If you don’t have a specific code, you can also request locks “keyed alike” so they use the same random key code. Many local retailers offer re-keying services if the lock was purchased through them, but each retailer decides whether to provide this service. Yes, passage knobs can be installed on exterior doors as long as the door also has a keypad/deadbolt to secure the door.
Is the latch reversible? I don?t want to have my key entry upside down.

My Home Depot tells me they can't rekey this lock unless it's a number 68 and not a 66 key. Is this true?
That is correct, The #66 key is designed to fit Kwikset locks which use a different keyway. The #68 key would fit most Schlage locks. If you are trying to rekey a Schlage lock to match a Kwikset lock you may need to contact a local locksmith with a conversion kit. Does this automatically lock when door closes shut? So if you are on side where keyed lock knob is, door closes, are you automatically locked out?
No, the F51 does not automatically lock. Before closing the door as you're exiting, you must either rotate the interior thumbturn to the locked position prior to closing the door, or lock it from the outside with a key.
