You bet it is. I absolutely love this rug. It is made in the USA and is VERY WELL MADE. I actually have four indoor cats and I bought this rug to cover a seam in my carpet they have dug at and have it shredded. I threw this rug over my carpet right in front of my couch. My couch is hunter green, recliner is burgundy, and carpet is tan. The rug blends beautifully and I have had tons of compliments. And the most amazing thing is........... my cats love it too. Instead of using their cardboard scratcher to sharpen their claws, they use this rug for some reason and it has held up. I have had it a year and even with the cats there is not a flaw on it. There is no snags, rips, tears, pulls. It is unbelievable. Maybe I just got lucky and got a good one, but had it NOT been made in the USA, it would be in streds right now. I love, love, love this rug and highly recommend it.
