10.38 ft. Wide Charleston Window/Entry Fixed Awning (44 in. H x 36 in. D) Forest

The Charleston Awning was the perfect fit for our 6 ft wide window. It was easy installation, took roughly 90 minutes to set-up. It looks Amazing and makes your house look so beautiful.

I absolutely love my new awnings. This is not a project that I could have done on my own. None of the metal brackets lineup correctly and all new holes had to be drilled of which I do not have the proper tools or knowledge how. They are over priced for what the are and then I had to pay a man to come and hang them for me. At the end of the day....Do I love the look of the awnings ???? Yes I do !!

The product is excellent, sturdy and great material. The instructions are horrible. They put IKEA instructions to shame. Simply put, you really have to tinker with this a lot to get it installed correctly. Once up, it’s beautiful.

They made such a difference in my back yard. Good quality. A bit tricky to hang but not impossible.

I am very handy and put together tough assemblies on a regular basis. The directions that came with this awning are horrendous. I studied them for 45 min before I even started and still had a hard time following and understanding. The pre-drilled holes are not lined up well, and the self taping machines screws are difficult to get started. I was cursing this project the whole time and dumfounded trying to follow the directions. After completing, of course I could put another one up in 1/4 of the time, but trying to understand the manufacturers directions, or lack of, was maddening. Once up, the size of the fabric dimensions looks nothing like the photos in the marketing piece. Make sure you understand what 24" of awning is going to give you. It looks very underwhelming and doesn't add that visual appeal we were hoping for. I would say the marketing photos show an awning that's 36"-50" deep....what you get for $600+ bucks, is 24". Make sure you understand that before ordering. After the nightmare installation my wife is really disappointed. I would love to watch the engineers who designed this product put it together!!!

This awning was installed over my front door this week. I hired a contractor to install it so it was strong and looked like the photos on the Home Depot website. The awning, after hours of trying to get the frame to mount correctly, looks perfect over my door. HOWEVER, the frame was not the correct size. The arms are supposed to mount flat onto the wall and that was impossible because they were too short. They still are not screwed securely into the wall and I am going to have to purchase some kind of mount to screw them into. This means extra cost to me to pay the contractor. The black metal rod that was supposed to add support in the middle of the awning, under the canvas, is at least two inches too short. It flat out does not reach from the mounting bar at the back to the front bar of the awning to keep it secure and add extra strenght. It is clear that the frame is the incorrect size but it was shipped with the awning anyway. The awning fabric is very nice and the only reason that I did not give this product one or no stars. This was not a cheap awning. I expected much higher quality, so I am very disappointed.

Instructions could be better but love my awning!
