Do we have to grout in the tile we pick. It doesn't seem like the sealant would hold and keep water from getting in between and under the tile.

Can the wall section be cut around a window on the back wall?

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the finish of your product. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Holes can be cut into the surround for plumbing fixtures. You may cut the surround as needed. However, modifying the surround beyond what is recommended in the Maintenance and Installation instructions will void the warranty for the affected area. What amount of tile do you buy width,length,thickness
We bought a case of 12"x12" tiles and cut each sheet in half. Can the side panels be trimmed off in the back, I am only needing 30 inches? Does this product come in a 30x60?

No- the panels have molded corners that are designed to fit together. We didn’t trim ours and just had the edge overlap the edge of the tub about 2 inches and it looked fine.
