Hi, it includes the top overhang, overall width is 84". Cabinet is less than 84" wide.

Newly installed 72" Aberdeen double vanity and obviously zero installation instructions, and the soft close hinges on the doors are EXTREMELY STIFF with no tension adjustment visible. Are all 4 of my hinges defective or is there a secret adjustment?
